How To make Favorite Chocolate Bundt Cake
1 pk Devil's food cake mix
-(18.25-oz) or other -chocolate cake mix without -pudding included 1 pk Instant choc. fudge pudding
And pie filling (4 oz) -or other chocolate flavor Pudding and pie filling mix 4 Eggs
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 c Sour cream
12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
-about 2 cups Powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sour cream, and 1/2 cup water. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed just until blended. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl often. Stir in chocolate chips. Turn into a well-greased 12-cup bundt pan. Bake 50-60 mintues, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 10-15 minutes in pan, then invert to unmold onto a rack or serving plate and let cool completely. Sift powdered sugar over top. Variation: Mocha Orange Chocolate Cake Before beating, add 1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur and 2 tablespoons grated orange zest to cake mix along with other ingredients. Proceed as directed in recipe above. Variation: Mocha Orange Chocolate Cake Before beating, add 1/4 cup raspberry-flavored liqueur to cake mix along with other ingredients. After adding chips to batter, gently mix in 1/2 cup raspberry jam. Proceed as directed in recipe above. Variation: Peanut Butter Pudding Cake Substitute 1 (4-1/8 oz) package instant chocolate peanut butter chip pudding and pie filling mix for chocolate fudge or chocolate pudding mix. Soft Mini Double Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe ????
1 Cup (205gr) Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (120ml) Buttermilk
1/2 Cup (120ml) Hot Coffee or Hot Water
1/4 Cup (50ml) Vegetable Oil
1 Cup (129gr) All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup (46gr) Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp (4gr) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp (3gr) Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
*Bake at 350 for 20-25min or Toothpick Clean
*DO NOT OVER MIX OR OVER BAKE!

Chocolate Ganache
1/2 Cup (120ml) Heavy Whipping Cream ( Heat in Microwave 40sec or until Hot
2/3 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
*Pour Hot Cream over Chocolate Chips wait for about 3min then slowly mix until smooth

Best chocolate Bundt cake made with a cake mix and topped with a rich chocolate glaze.
Full Recipe:
1 (15.25-oz) box Devil's Food cake mix
1 (5.9-oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 8-oz. container sour cream
1 10-oz. bag mini chocolate chips.
Ganache Glaze
8 oz. Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the first 6 ingredients and stir together well by hand or using a mixer. Fold in the chocolate chips. Batter will be thick. Spoon into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until a tooth inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool in the pan 5 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Meanwhile prepare the glaze and allow it to cool 30 to 60 minutes. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until bubbles form around the edges. Place chocolate in a bowl and pour hot cream over it. Let stand 5 minutes. Whisk until it combines into a glossy sauce. Cool 30 to 45 minutes to allow it to thicken.
Place the cake on the cooling rack over a large plate or pan. Pour glaze over cake. Collect any glaze that dropped onto the pan and use it to cover any bare spots. Enjoy!

Chocolate Bundt Cake
• butter and flour for coating and dusting the pan
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup warm water or coffee
• ⅔ cup buttermilk
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
• 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
• ⅔ cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup
✅Instructions
Chocolate Bundt Cake
1️⃣ 00:12 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use butter to grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan well. Dust with a little flour or cocoa powder and tap out the excess.
2️⃣ 01:39 - Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined.
3️⃣ 02:03 - Add eggs, warm water, buttermilk, sour cream, oil, and vanilla. Use a hand mixer to beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ 02:46 - Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times to allow any air bubbles to escape.
5️⃣ 02:53 - Bake for 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6️⃣ 03:01 - Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn out onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
1️⃣ 03:15 - Place roughly chopped chocolate into a mixing bowl. Pour heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
2️⃣ 03:32 - Once cream comes to a simmer, remove it from the heat immediately and pour over chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes, until chocolate is completely melted.
3️⃣ 03:45 - Stir until smooth. Once smooth, stir in corn syrup. Drizzle over the top of the cooled cake.

Today I’m baking a SIMPLE, semi-homemade Chocolate Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. I made this for my daughter Emma’s 6th birthday. This cake recipe comes from @TheMinimalMom and is a copycat recipe for Nothing Bundt Cakes. We loved it!

CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

1-15.25 oz. devil’s food cake mix
1-3.4 oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting (see below)
Preheat oven to 325*. Grease your bundt cake pan thoroughly. Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer, or in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer or by hand (about 2 minutes). Pour the cake batter into your bundt pan. Bake at 325* for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly coated but not wet (don’t overbake—definitely start checking at the 45-50 minute mark!). Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes. Invert onto plate or cake stand. Let cake cool completely before piping/spreading on the cream cheese frosting. ENJOY!
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature (For a milder/less tangy frosting, use only 4 oz. of cream cheese)
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. heavy cream (milk works, too!)
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat together the butter and cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing in between each addition. Add the vanilla extract and heavy cream and mix to incorporate.
