How To make F&S Stuffed Burgers
2 lb Ground round
2 ea Eggs
1 c Sweet pickle relish
3/4 c Onion, coarsely chopped
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 oz *bourbon
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
1/4 c *green Bell pepper chopped
1/2 c *bacon, cooked & crumbled
-salt & pepper to taste * items are optional Mix onion, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and any of the optional ingredients you wish to use, together. Be sure to get the eggs mixed in completely. Roll meat out and make 16 thin patties. Spoon the pre-made mixture upon the top of one patty. Place another patty on top. Press firmly to join them. Wipe up the mixture that runs out of the patty stack and spread over the top of the patty stack. Either broil in your oven until they are as you prefer them or on a barbecue grill as you see fit. In this video u will learn how to make Easiest Chicken Patties with a unique touch, Bread Chicken Patties is super Easy and Scrumptious Recipe. These Crumbled lava Patties are a special for Iftar
Make 6-8 large Patties
Ingredients :
For Chicken Marination :
Chicken Breast (Half). 250 g
Red chilli powder. 1 tsp
Salt. 1 tsp
Black pepper. ¼ tsp
Garlic powder. 1 tsp
Barbeque sauce. / chilli Garlic Ketchup 1 tsp
Mustard paste. ½ - 1 tsp
Chilli Sauce. 2 tsp
Soya sauce. 2 tsp
Mix well and leave marinated chicken for 30 minutes.
For Sauce :
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Cream. 2 tbsp
Salt. one pinch
Black papper one pinch
Mix it well and set aside
Heat oil in the pan and Chicken fillet in it and cooks properly and chicken gives nyc golden color
Cool down properly and shreed chicken
Add sauce in it and mix properly
Capsicum ¼ cup / 4 tbsp. Thin small slices
Cabbage. ½ cup. Thin Jullin cut
Olives. As required
Mix in it with chicken filling and chicken lava patties filling is ready
Bread slices. 8-10 pieces or more
Pizza sauce. ½ cup / Ketchup. ½ cup
Egg. 2-3 or more. Beated
Bread Crumbs. 2 cups. For Coating
Mozzarella and cheddar Cheese. ½ cup or more
Take a bread slice shape with a large bread cutter to shape it circle. Spread pizza Sauce evenly then spread mixture on a small circle add cheese in it and then cover with same size of round bread on top, sealed properly and giving it a round shape
Dip patties in the eggs and then coat with Bread crumbs and deep fry them untill nyc golden Brown
Your tasty Chicken Cheesy Lava Patties are ready to eat..
Serve hot with your favorite Dip and Enjoy!
