VEGAN RASPBERRY (NO BAKE) CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake is creamy, fluffy, and SIMPLY delicious (Prep Time:10 minutes)
INGREDIENTS:
CRUST
- 150 grams (12 cookies) of Graham crackers or Maria cookies (dairy-free)
- 2 tbsps. of margarine (dairy-free)
CREAM
- 1 cup of cashews (unsalted)
- 1 cup of coconut milk powder
- 1/2 cup of Monk Fruit Sugar (natural sweetener)
- 1 cup of dairy-free milk
- 1 cup of raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS
CRUST: Grind the cookies in a blender until they become powder, ADD the margarine and cover the bottom of a pie pan firmly with your hand
CREAM: Blend well the cashews, coconut milk powder, sugar/sweetener, raspberries and the dairy-free milk
POUR cream evenly on the base layer/crust and freeze for about 2 hours

Ingredients for Batter
4 cups All purpose Flour = 24
2 cup white sugar = 24
4 tbsp baking powder = 4
4 small sachet 33 g powdered milk = 30
1 tsp salt =1
2 tbsp vanilla =2
1/2 cup oil/melted butter/margarine = 5
3 cups water =1
4 small eggs or 2 large egg =24
Strips of Cheese =20
Total Cost = 135
135 x .40 = 54
135 + 54 = 189
189 ÷ 75 pcs. = 2.52
2.52 x 1.70 = 4.284 or 4 pesos
SRP is 4 pesos

Pwede rin po kayo ang magcosting dahil minsan ang presyo ng mga bilihin ay nag iiba iba sa bawat lugar.
Narito po ang COSTING Formula and Sample Computation
Materials cost x 40% = Overhead Cost
Materials cost + overhead cost = Total Cost
Total cost ÷ Number of yields = Price per Piece
price per Piece x 1.70 = Selling Price
MATERIALS COST = includes all the ingredients that goes in the recipe.
OVERHEAD COST = includes electricity, water, gas, etc.
1.70 is the mark up cost (tubo/interest).
* SAMPLE COMPUTATION
Halimbawa 200 php nagastos mo sa ingredients i-multiply mo sya sa .40 iyan yung 40% na para sa kuryente, tubig, at gas
200 x .40 = 80
Tapos i-add mo ulit yung nagastos mo sa ingredients doon sa 80
200 + 80 = 280
Iyan po ang kabuuang gastos mo. Ngayon i-divide mo naman yung kabuuang gastos sa piraso ng nagawa mo.
Example nakagawa ako ng 120 pcs:
280 ÷ 120 pcs = 2.33 php
Ayan yung presyo nya bawat isa wala pa jan yung TUBO mo. Ngayon i-multiply mo ulit yan sa tubo mo na 1.70 pwede pa itong bawasan/dagdagan kung sa tingin mo masyado ng mataas/mababa yung presyo.
2.33 x 1.70 = 3.961
(1.70 yun patong sa paninda)
4 php = Ito na po ngayon yung pwede mong maging Suggested Retail Price
NOTE:
Ito po ay sample lamang, pwede nyo dagdagan yung tubo/interest (1.70) lalo na kung meron kayong tauhan na pinapasweldo. Pwede nyo itong gawing 1.80 or 1.90 depende sa inyo kung tingin nyo eh hindi pa masyadong mahal ang produkto nyo pero kung wala naman pwd ring gawing 1.66

2 packages cream cheese, softened, 8-ounce size
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ready made graham cracker crust or other cookie type crust

VEGAN STRAWBERRY (NO BAKE) CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake is creamy, fluffy, and SIMPLY delicious (Prep Time:15 minutes)
(recipe in PORTUGUESE at the bottom)
INGREDIENTS:
CRUST
- 150 grams of Graham or Maria cookies
- 3 tbsp of plant-based butter or margarine
CREAM
- 1 cup of cashews (unsalted/soaked in water for approx. 30 minutes)
- 175 grams of tofu (half a block)
- 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- 1/3 cup of sugar (I used Monk Fruit Sugar *natural sweetener)
- 1 tbsp of vanilla
- 2 tsps of Agar-Agar (natural gelatin make with seaweeds)
-1/2 cup of water
STRAWBERRY TOP
- 2 cups of strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
SOAK the cashews for 30 minutes (discard the water and set it aside)
MELT the butter for 30 seconds in a microwave (set it aside)
PREPARING THE CRUST: Grind the cookies in a blender until they become powder, ADD the melted butter and cover the bottom of a pie pan firmly with your hand
PREPARING THE STRAWBERRY JAM: slice the strawberries and cook in a covered pan for 20 minutes (no need to add water or sugar)
PREPARING THE AGAR-AGAR (Natural Gelatin)
Dissolve the Agar-Agar in a pan with water. Boil for 2 minutes at medium/high heat until it thickens
PREPARING THE CREAM: Blend well the cashews with the tofu, coconut milk, lemon juice, sugar/sweetener, vanilla and the Agar-Agar (natural gelatin)
POUR cream evenly on the base layer/crust and freeze for about 1 hour

RECIPE IN PORTUGUESE
TORTA DE MORANGO
* Base - 150 gramas de biscoito Maria ou maizena - 3 colheres de sopa de manteiga/margarina vegetal (bater as bolachas ate virar um po, adicione a manteiga e cubra uma forma com esta mistura)
* Creme - 1 xícara de castanha de caju sem sal (deixar de molho por 30 minutos) - 175 grams de tofu - 400ml de leite de coco - 1/4 de xicara de suco de limão - 1/3 xicara de adocante natural (evite acucar refinado) - 1 colher de sopa de extrato de baunilha - 2 colheres de cha de Ágar-agar dissolvido em 1/2 xícara de água (Ferva o Agar-Agar com ½ xicara de agua for 2 minutos em fogo forte para ativada-lo. Bata todos os ingredients juntos e despeje encima da base)
* Geléia de morango (cortar os morangos e cozinhar em fogo brando por 20 minutos (nao e necessario adicionar acucar nem agua). Despejar em cima da torta e congelar for 1 hora.
