Egg Nog Pie
Ingredients;
1 - 9in Deep Dish Pie Crust
1 Cup of Sugar
4 Tbsp of Flour
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
1 Cup of Egg Nog
3 Large Eggs
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Pre-Bake pie crust on 350 for 5 minutes and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix egg nog, eggs, melted butter, sugar and vanilla extract together until completely combined.
3. Mix in flour well so that there are no lumps,
4. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake on 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour. on your medium oven rack. If top is getting too brown, place a piece of aluminum foil over your top rack. This will stop browning. Do not place foil directly on top of the pie as it will stick to the pie filling and ruin it.
5. After 50 - 60 minutes, pie should slightly jiggle. This is normal and pie should be done.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting. Pie will settle and reduce in size as it should.
7. Serve room temperature or cold. Enjoy!

Eggnog Pie Recipe
PRINTABLE RECIPE:
Eggnog pie recipe is an absolutely delicious dessert that is perfect for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The creamy, sweet, and smooth drink makes a wonderfully delicious pie.
No-Bake Eggnog Pie ????????|???????? Easy Christmas Dessert Recipe for the Holidays ⛄️????❄️????????
My no-bake eggnog pie recipe is easy and delicious! With just a few ingredients and few minutes, you can make an amazing dessert that's perfect for Christmas and the holiday season.
This recipe starts with graham cracker crust--while I made one homemade, you can definitely use a storebought one, too. Whether you make your own or buy one, I highly recommend sprinkling some extra cinnamon and nutmeg in the crust before pouring in the filling like I show in the video.
The filling has just 3 base ingredients: eggnog, Cool Whip, and instant pudding. Although you can make this pie with just those ingredients (plus the graham cracker crust), I recommend also adding vanilla extract, rum extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to really enhance the flavor.
Although this no-bake eggnog pie recipe is super easy to make, the only thing you have to keep in mind is to fold in the Cool Whip into the eggnog mixture. By folding rather than mixing, you won't knock the air out of the whipped topping and cause it to deflate. Once the filling is mixed, pour it into the graham cracker crust and chill for 4 hours.
Right before serving, I sprinkled on some extra cinnamon and nutmeg, recreating the image of a glass off eggnog in this pie. As usual, twice as much cinnamon as nutmeg was the ratio I used.
When I took the first bite, I was instantly impressed: even though I normally like old-fashioned, made-from-scratch recipes, this pie had a surprisingly strong eggnog flavor, especially the egg flavor. The extra cinnamon and nutmeg were strong but not overwhelming, and the vanilla and rum were present but less so.
The filling was smooth, cool, and creamy, and the crust was crispy and crunchy, the texture contrast making this irresistible. Combined with the fact that I was able to translate the look of a glass of eggnog into a pie perfectly, I thought this eggnog pie was a big success.
So, if you're looking for a quick and delicious Christmas dessert, my no-bake eggnog pie recipe is perfect. If you try it, I know it'll become one of your favorite holiday desserts.

No-Bake Eggnog Pie Recipe Ingredients
1-1/4 cup eggnog (300g)

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
