Here is the step by step instructions to use alongside the video:
1. Deseed and dice tomatoes. 2. Add 1 1⁄2 cups apple cider vinegar and 1 cup sugar, reduce to a jam. 3. Mince 3 cloves garlic and slice scallions, sweat them out in saute pan with light amount of oil. 4. Add spices to 1lb ground turkey 5. Seasoning: Turmeric, white pepper, chili powder, ground coriander, nutmeg, curry powder, sumak powder (about 1 Tbsp each) AND chopped mint leaves 6. Add sauteed scallion and garlic 7. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil and incorporate all ingredients thoroughly 8. Mince fresh herbs (I used dill, chive and thyme, but you can use a different combination if desired) 9. Incorporate herbs with softened goat cheese 10. Form turkey burgers into 4 patties 11. Cook patties, moving as little as possible to get a rich caramelized color 12. Add lemon juice to arugula and toss 13. Lightly toast brioche buns 14. Assembly order... 15. Place a bed of arugula on bottom bun 16. Patty 17. Goat cheese 18. Tomato jam 19. Enjoy!
