Cookies Or Candy? You Decide With This Easy Recipe For Divinity!
Divinity: Is it a candy or a cookie recipe. Leave a comment below. These are a great way to use up egg whites left from another bake. It is delicious, marshmallow with nuts and no-bake recipe that is gluten free. The flavor combinations are endless, too. I made vanilla with honey-coated walnut, pistachio with roasted and salted pistachios, and vanilla with pecans. I want to try banana with plain walnuts and rasberry with almonds dipped in chocolate as shown in the video.

Ingredients: 2 egg whites 1/2 c (170g) light corn syrup 2 c (400 g) sugar 1/2 c (120 ml) water 1/8 tsp salt Directions: 1. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks. 2. Bring to a boil (260F) the corn syrup, sugar, water and salt. 3. Drizzle the sugar mixture into the stiff whites while mixer is on high and as shown in video. 4. These beautiful meringue cookies are light as air, perfectly sweet, and so easy to make! Great with a cup or coffee and look wonderful on a cookie tray! Meringue cookies are such a delightful addition to the table and so easy to make! I love to flavor mine with a drop of good vanilla but almond and even peppermint are great choices too. Try dipping or drizzling with chocolate for an extra layer of flavor and remember, these make wonderful gifts!.
