This easy to make and delicious apple pie recipe has a flakey butter crust and tender apple filling that’s bursting with flavor and perfectly sweet! Instead of adding lots of flour or cornstarch to thicken the filling I cook the juices down into an apple caramel, which holds all those apple pieced together and really amps up the flavor and makes a tasty pie!

Sugar-free Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients
8 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
2 pie crust
⅓ cup unsweetened apple juice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
Cut the peeled, cored and sliced apples into rings of about ½'' thickness. Put a crust in a pie pan and transfer the apples. In a saucepan, stir in unsweetened apple juice, Splenda, apple pie spice and cornstarch and continue to stir till the juice thickens to a smooth consistency. On top of the apple slices spread the butter or margarine and pour the mixture into the pie pan. Press the second crust on top and stick the edges. Slit the crust on top and bake this mixture in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to about 350 degrees and allow the pie to bake for about 50 more minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool before serving.
Sugar-free Dutch Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients for Pie
5 cups sliced baking apples
¼ cup flour
½ cup unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate
½ cup quick cooking oats
Ingredients for Topping
One package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
¼ cup butter or margarine
½ cup Brown Sugar Twin
½ cup quick cooking oats
Preparation
In a bowl, mix oats, sweetener, flour and cinnamon (or nutmeg, depending on your preference) and combine them with a fork. Transfer this mixture over the apples and pour the frozen apple juice on top. Blend the contents thoroughly. Pour this apple mixture into a pie crust and keep it aside. For the topping, in a medium-sized bowl, blend the vanilla pudding mix, oats, cinnamon, flour and brown sugar with a fork. Add the butter to the contents of the bowl and mix it with a blender till it forms coarse crumbs. Pour this mixture in the pie crust and spread it evenly over the apple mixture. Bake this apple pie in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for about one hour.
Sugar-free Apple Crumble Pie
Ingredients
5 cups apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 deep dish pie crust
¾ cup Splenda
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
For making this apple pie recipe with fresh apples sans sugar, mix cinnamon powder and sugar in a bowl and sprinkle this mixture over the sliced apples. Transfer the apples into the pie crust and set aside. Mix the remaining sugar with the flour and butter and blend them till crumbs are formed. Spread this mixture evenly over the apples and bake this pie in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for about half an hour.

Ingredients:
1.3 kg golden delicious apple, cored, sliced, peeled
stevia (the equivalent of 180 g sugar)
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
30g butter
Directions:
1. Wash and peel the apples. Core the apples.
2. Slice the apples.
3. Put the apples in a bowl, add the stevia or sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
4. Use a spoon to mix combine all the ingredients.
5. In a pan add the butter and when it is melted add the filling.
6. Caramelize for 5 min.
7. Use it in pies, cakes, as a topping for ice cream.

4 sharp eating apples (like Granny Smith or Pink Lady) 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda Granulated
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch salt
1 sheet pre-rolled puff pastry
1 Egg, beaten, (for an egg wash)

Knife
Pan
Spoon
Baking tray Baking parchment Pastry brush
Fork
Instructions
● Peel and dice apples.
● Place the apples and Splenda in a pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of
water and the cinnamon and continue to stir until the apple pieces are tender (about
15 minutes).
● Leave the apple mixture to cool.
● Preheat the oven to 180°C fan / gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with baking
parchment.
● Once the apple mixture is cold, Unroll the dough from the packet until flat and then
cut it into 6 equal pieces.
● Spoon the apple mixture onto each piece, sharing it equally between the 6 pieces of
pastry. Brush a little of the egg wash around the edges of the pastry pieces.
● Fold each piece of pastry in half, creating a rectangle shape. Using a fork, press
down the sides to seal the filling in.
● Brush the egg wash over the top of each pie then place them on a baking sheet.
Using a knife, make slits in each pie.
● Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
