Salmon Burgers with Asian Twist
These Asian Salmon Burgers are entirely different from ordinary burgers as they are full of unique scrumptious flavors that make them extraordinary. They are super-fast flavorful buns that will surely be going to be a huge hit with your families!
These burgers are the best option to make ahead of dinner for busy nights and to satisfy hunger with a booster punch of fantastic Asian flavors, bursting with a satisfyingly delicious sauce.
Ingredients:
1. Sesame Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
2. Fresh Salmon Chunks (Skinless And Boneless): 1 Pound
3. Scallion Pieces (Spring Onion): ¹⁄³ Cup 1-Inch
4. Plain Dry Bread Crumbs: ¼ Cup
5. Egg Whites: 2
6. Soy Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
7. Cloves Garlic: 2 (Minced)
8. Ground Ginger: 1 Teaspoon
9. Chili (Hot Sesame) Oil: 1 Teaspoon
10. Vegetable Oil: 1 Teaspoon
Directions to Make:
1. In a dry skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned for about 3 minutes.
2. Place the salmon, scallion (spring onion), breadcrumbs, egg whites, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili oil, and toasted sesame seeds in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
3. Cover and process until everything is minced.
4. Then form the mixture into four 3-inch patties.
5. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over a medium-high flame.
6. Gently add the patties, cook for at least 2 minutes on one side, then turn, and cook 2 minutes longer.
7. Serve immediately.
Serve and enjoy.

Keto Salmon Cakes
Ingredients:
2lb Fresh Salmon
1 Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Almond flour
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Cut the salmon in the small pieces.
2. Mix well all ingredients.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts, shape each into an individual patty, then roll in almond flour and place on the baking sheet with the parchment paper.
4. Bake for 25 minutes at 400F.

Low Carb Salmon Croquettes
by Highfalutin’ Low Carb
INGREDIENTS
14.75 oz. can of pink or red salmon, drained
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced green onions (or 1/2 tsp onion powder)
1/4 cup finely minced celery or bell pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Butter, ghee or oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients except the oil/butter in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
2. Form the mixture into 6 patties with your hands. Refrigerate the patties for about 30 minutes before frying.
3. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and use a thin layer of oil, butter or ghee to fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, using a spatula to turn.
4. When golden brown, remove from oil and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate or on a baking rack over a pan.
5. Serve with your favorite condiment (tartar sauce, remoulade, or even sugar-free ketchup), a hearty side dish and enjoy!
Makes 6 patties.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked salmon
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp egg (whip it with a fork first)
5 tbsp almond flour, divided
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers, drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp of oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the salmon (gently) with the other ingredients, including the 2 tbsp of almond flour (reserve the other 3 tbsp for dredging).
Form the mixture into two patties and dredge it into the other 3 tbsp of almond flour. Be gentle - they're delicate!
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes per side and until golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges or your favorite sauce and enjoy!
