gluten free, healthy, eggless cake made with ragi flour (finger millet) by skinny recipes, double chocolate healthy cake recipe without eggs and dairy, healthy ragi cake recipe #vegan cake without jaggery and sugar, cake without egg and curd
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sprouted ragi flour (finger millet)
8 medjool dates
2 tbsp flaxseeds
1/3 cup water + 1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp wood pressed coconut oil
3 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup water or as needed
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup chopped cashews
extra ragi flour to coat the nuts and chocolate
--- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 30 to 35 mins or until done.

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Sugar Free Oil Free Tea Time Chocolate Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Dates 1/2 cup
Hot milk 1/2 cup
Soak for 10 mins
Banana 1 medium size
Blend until smooth
Flour 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
7 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Chocolate chips
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
