Marinade Recipe
2 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Sweet Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Nirmala's Kitchen Wild Fire Chili Blend (optional)
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Lime Juice from 3 limes (approximately 1/2 cup)
1 Cup chopped Cilantro (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until you have a thick paste. Pour marinade over your meat and let marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours or longer.
Fix the nachos as you wish. I used Sharp Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses. I topped my nachos with guacamole, Pico de Gallo (tomato, onion, Cilantro), and Mexican Cream. Garnished with more Pico.
