How To make Deep Chocolate Cupcakes Ww
6 lg Prunes
- pitted 3 lg Egg whites
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
18 tb Flour, all-purpose
3/4 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 c Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Sugar, powdered
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 2-3/4" muffin cups with paper liners. In food processor, puree prunes and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Scrape puree into large bowl. With electric mixer, beat together prune puree and 1/2 cup water. Add egg whites and vanilla; beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix completely. Spoon batter evenly into prepared cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Sprinkle evenly with powdered sugar. INSTANT POT BACON & CHEDDAR BITES: 1SP EACH
**MODIFICATIONS: Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2 and Light Shredded Cheese**
HAWAIIAN PASTA SALAD: 3/4 CUP = 4SP
**MODIFICATIONS: Fiber Goumet Pasta, 8oz Ham, Light Mayo, Light Sour Cream and Sugar Free Honey**
1SP CUPCAKES:
FROM MUDHUSTLER WEBSITE- Makes 6 Cupcakes
1 serving or scoop of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder (10% OFF DISCOUNT LINK & CODE BELOW)
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of espresso powder (intensifies the flavor)
3 tbsp of Hershey's special dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup of Kodiak power cakes whole grain waffle mix or Birch Benders high protein pancake mix
3 tbsp of Sukrin brown sugar alternative
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of Lily's dark chocolate baking chips
1 egg
1/4 cup of water
Mix the dry then add the wet ingredients. Bake at 350.
**MODIFICATIONS: I doubled the recipe to make 12 cupcakes and used regular cocoa**

These 1 point Weight Watcher friendly muffins are easy to make and don't even require a mixer. Sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
RECIPE FOR 1 POINT CHOCOLATE WW FRIENDLY MUFFINS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
You will need a 12 well cupcake pan
Silicone or Paper Liners or Spray pan well
Ingredients:
1 cup of Kodiak Dark Chocolate Power Protein Flapjack and Waffle Mix
2 eggs
2 bananas - mashed
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp. PB2 Peanut Butter powder
DIRECTIONS:
First smash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. (Ripe ones work best)
Next mix the bananas, applesauce, and eggs together until blended.
Add the rest of your ingredients and mix together until well combined.
Use an ice cream scoop and spoon the mix into the well of the cupcake pan.
If you are not using liners spray your pan with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 17 minutes. Start checking at the
12 minute point with a toothpick inserted in the middle.
Mine took about 15 minutes but every oven is different.
Note: you can sprinkle a few Lily's Low Carb Baking Chips on the
tops of the muffins before putting them in the oven if you like.

1 Box of Super Moist Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
12 oz Can of Honest Fizz Zero Calorie Soda OR Sprite Zero
Fat Free Cool Whip (8 oz Container)
1 Box of Cheesecake Flavor - Instant Sugar Free Fat Free Jello
Take entire box of Cake mix and 12 oz soda and mix until smooth
Fill 24 Cupcake holders with cake mix
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are lightly brown (let cool completely)
Take entire container of cool whip and the container of cheesecake jello and mix until creamy
Smooth icing on all 24 Cupcakes
Each cupcake is only 2 Points
