cocoa powder

salt

hot water

vanilla extract

cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add hot water slowly, mixing well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Add milk; heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. DO NOT boil. Remove from heat; add vanilla, cinnamon if desired, and whip with a whisk. Serve hot, with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired. This recipe can be doubled and kept in crockpot for easier serving to large groups.

2 cups milk
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
¼ cup white chocolate chips
1. Add all ingredients to crockpot and set to lowe setting for two hours
2. Stir every 30 minutes
3. When two hours is up, set crockpot to warm, stir, and serve
4. Garnish with peppermint sticks, whipped cream, sprinkles, etc.

Our crockpot hot cocoa is creamy with a rich chocolate flavor. It is perfect for a family Christmas movie night, after a day of sledding or for Christmas Eve. Recipe: 6 cups whole milk 2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, chopped 1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa powder 2 tsps vanilla extract Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Whisk until cocoa powder is fully mixed in. Cook on high for 4 hours whisking after every hour to make sure chocolate isn’t stuck to the bottom.
