Beer Infused ASIAGO CHEESE FONDUE | Recipes.net
This smooth, creamy, and thick asiago cheese fondue is a delicious dip for your bread, veggies, or meat. It has a mild taste with a hint of beer so it's great for parties or celebrations.
???? Check the full recipe on how to make Asiago Cheese Fondue here:
Ingredients:
1 lb asiago cheese, grated
1 cup beer of your choice
1 tbsp cornstarch
⅛ tsp nutmeg
2 garlic cloves, bruised
To Serve:
2 oz each of cold cuts, vegetables, or bread slices
⬇️ How to make Asiago Cheese Fondue ⬇️
0:10 Rub your bruised garlic around the insides of your saucepot. This will impart the garlic flavor but not its intensity. Discard your garlic afterward.
0:17 Add beer into your sauce pot and bring to a boil.
0:20 While waiting, toss your cheese, nutmeg, and cornstarch together to coat.
0:30 Reduce heat to low. Add the coated cheese in batches, whisking until dissolved in between.
0:39 Set aside at room temperature and allow the cheese to thicken slightly roughly 5 to 8 minutes. Note that the fondue will further thicken as it cools.
0:43 Pour into a serving vessel of your choice, preferably a fondue pot. Serve with bread, cold-cut meats, or vegetables.
