How To make Crockpot Beef Roll Ups

beef round

bacon

onion soup mix package

cornstarch

Directions:
Cut round 1/2 inch thick. Trim separable fat and remove bone. Pound with meat mallet or saucer; slice into strips 1 inch wide and 4 inches long. Place bacon slices on steak strips and roll up, securing with small wooden picks. Brown roll-ups slowly in hot oil in large frying-pan. Remove roll-ups to crockpot. Add soup-mix and 2 cups of water to frying-pan and simmer 3 minutes, scraping particles from pan. Pour liquid over roll-ups. Cook until done. Remove roll-ups to warm serving dish. Combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup water, mixing until smooth. Add to liquid from crockpot and simmer, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Pour gravy over roll-ups; garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.

1 box of stuffing made as package calls ( i used corn bread stove top stuffing and replaced the water for beef broth)
1 can of beef gravy mixed with a half can of water stir well - you can use any gravy you like brown, beef, canned, jar or powder.
Any side dishes you like potatoes, veggies, mac n cheese , oh my.
Pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes

Delicious teriyaki steak roll ups with tons of vegetables and flavorful marinade.
It can be grilled or pan seared.
Recipe serves 4
For steak and marinade:
1 Pound flank steak or sirloin-thin sliced 453g
1/3 Soy sauce
2-3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 Tsp ginger powder
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp baking soda as tenderizer
2 Cloves garlic-chopped
For vegetables:
16 Asparagus-trimmed
1 Red bell pepper-cut into match sticks
1 Medium carrot-cut into match sticks
1 Onion-sliced
For sauce:
1/4 Cup water
1 1/2 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp rice vinegar
1/2 Tsp corn starch
1/2-1 Tsp sriracha-optional
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish
