Ingredients 1 1/2 pound beef, ground 2 tablespoon parsley, flakes 1 teaspoon onion salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup milk 1 each egg 2 each brown gravy mix, packages 1
rice, cooked, hot
Directions: Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1 inch meatballs. Brown in a skillet. Drain fat. Place in a crockpot. Cover. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or can be kept on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice.

2 tablespoons of steak sauce 1 packet of onion soup mix 1 1/2 cups of beef broth 1 can of cream of mushroom OR 1 cup of heavy cream Mix well then add in FROZEN meatballs.!! Let it cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. After that time has passed add in 1 CUP of sour cream.! CAREFULLY mix well. Pick some noodles of your choosing and boil. Once done boiling, strain and add in the crockpot. And there you have it.! Super delicious and hope you enjoy.! Have a blessed day.!
