Crispy Baked Fish Sticks
My non-traditional tartar-like sauce uses Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise since I always keep yogurt in my fridge but I rarely buy mayo. And there’s no relish or pickles, either. So, it’s not really tartar sauce, is it? Oh well, it’s DILLicious! And when it comes to fish sticks, it’s all about the dipping sauce, right?

Here's what I used in my video, feel free to substitute any ingredients to your liking.
3 pieces of Whiting fillet (or any type of fish you choose)
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
2 1/2 TBSP Yellow Cornmeal
pinch + pinch of Accent (msg)
cooking spray
oil
FOIL
Baking sheet
PREHEAT OVEN FIRST to 425°F
????Tips
*For color you may add a little paprika to your seasoning mixture.
*Your fish needs to be completely dry for best cooking results, so use enough paper towels to dry it completely before you season it.
* Bake for 15- 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
* Taste your seasoning mixture FIRST before you add it to your fish, if you taste too much salt then add more cornmeal to balance it out????????.
*If you wish NOT to use FOIL you don't have to (foil is just for easy cleanup).
*A cast iron skillet will work great with this recipe! Enjoy!
