How To make Crescent Samosa Sandwiches
FILLING:
1 tb Oil
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 lb Lean ground beef
1 c Diced cooked potato
1/2 c Diced cooked carrot
1/2 c Green Giant Frozen Sweet
-peas, thawed 5 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Coriander
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Turmeric
1 ds Crushed red pepper flakes
CRESCENTS:
2 8 oz cans Pillsbury
-Refrigerated Crescent -Dinner Rolls HONEY DIPPING SAUCE:
1/3 c Honey
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from pan. Add ground beef; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Drain. Stir in onion mixture and remaining filling ingredients. Season to taste with salt, if desired. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate one can of dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. (Keep remaining can refrigerated until ready to use.) Cut rectangles in half crosswise to form 8 squares. Spoon heaping tablespoonful of filling in center of each square. Fold one corner of dough over filling to form a triangular packet; firmly press edges to seal. Repeat with remaining can of dough and filling. Place on two ungreased cookie sheets. If desired, sprinkle triangles with cumin. Bake on middle oven racks at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching positions of sheets halfway through baking. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Serve warm sandwiches with dipping sauce. (1/2 cup sauce)

Ingredients:
✓ 3 medium sized potatoes
✓ 1-2 tbsp green peas (frozen/fresh)
✓ 1 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
✓ 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves/kasuri methi (optional)
✓ 1 tsp coriander powder
✓ ½ tsp red chili powder
✓ 1 tsp coriander seeds
✓ ½ tsp dry mango powder (amchur powder) / ½ lemon juice
✓ ½ tsp cumin powder
✓ 1tbsp oil + oil to brush
✓ 1 pack Store bought puff pastry sheet
✓ Salt to taste

Notes:
* Line the baking tray with parchment paper or you can simply grease tray with butter/oil.
* Make sure to defrost the sheet if it is in freezer Or simply place the sheet overnight in fridge.
* Keep at least 10 minutes out at room temperature if sheet is in fridge.
* Using these measurements you can make about 14-15 pinwheels.
* Remember to pre heat the oven at 200°C before baking.

●1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
●1/4 teaspoon turmeric
●1/4 teaspoon salt
●1 dash red pepper flakes
●2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
●1/3 cup honey

●1 tablespoon soy sauce
●1 tablespoon water

You'll Need:
- 7 tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 4 oz shredded monterey jack
- 4 oz shredded cheddar
- 1 bunch of scallions, sliced
- 1 green chili pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp cilantro
Extra:
- 10.5 or 12 cast iron skillet
Here's How:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Core the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into strips, as well as the chicken breasts. Put everything in a bowl, add paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, and olive oil and mix well.
2. Pour the marinated chicken and vegetables into a casserole dish and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil and line it with 6 tortillas, as shown in the video. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey jack cheese over the tortilla in the middle of the pan.
4. Spread the cooked chicken fajitas over the cheese.
5. Add the diced tomatoes, scallions, chili pepper, and cilantro and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
6. Place the last tortilla on top and fold the overlapping tortillas towards the middle of the pan. Put the skillet in the oven and cook at 350°F for 40 minutes.
