How To make Creamy Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients

ounces
shell pasta, medium
1
pound
mixed seafood, (scallops, squid Shrimp, and/or firm white fish fillets) cut into 2 inch pieces
1 1/2
cup
red bell peppers, sweet diced
1
cup
green bell peppers, sweet diced
3/4
cup
red onions, diced
3/4
cup
carrots, thinkly sliced
1/2
cup
green onions, chopped
DRESSING:
1
cup
yogurt, 2%
1/3
cup
mayonnaise, light
1/2
cup
fresh dill, chopped or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried dillweed
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
2
teaspoons
garlic, crushed
1
teaspoon
dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or until firm to the bite. Rinse with cold water. Drain and place in serving bowl.
2. In medium nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray, saute seafood just untill cooked, approximately 3 minutes. Set aside.
3. Add red and green peppers, onions, carrots and green onions to pasta. Add seafood.
4. Make the dressing: In small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic and mustard. Pour over pasta. Toss and chill.
TIPS: firm fish filets can be used with or instead of mxed seafood. Be careful not to over cook.
Grilled fish instead of sauteed makes an excellent variation.
Make ahead: Pasta salad and dressing can be prepared early in day. Do not toss untill ready to serve.

9 ounces (250 grams) pasta fusilli, rotini, elbows, etc.
1 can (15-oz) (240 grams) cannellini beans or chickpeas, rinsed
2 cups (300 grams) red bell pepper diced
1 heaping cup (150 grams) cucumber diced
½ cup (100 grams) corn canned
½ cup (60 grams) olives sliced
1 shallot or red onion, sliced
1 rib celery chopped
½ cup (60 grams) pickles chopped
3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill finely chopped
¾ cup (160 grams) vegan mayo or regular mayo
½ lemon juice and grated zest
¾ teaspoon salt or more to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 lb pasta (malfadine)
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 lb shrimp
3 lobster tails
crab (lump, king, etc)
1 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning to taste
1 1/2 tsp Cedarwood smoked seafood seasoning or Cedar plank salmon seasoning
1 tsp Seafood seasoning to taste
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning to taste
2 tsp paprika
salt
pepper
Boil the pasta.
Season the seafood with the above seasonings. Sauté the seafood for about 2 minutes on each side and reserve in a bowl for later.
Step 2 Using the same pan add
1/2 - 1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic
heavy cream
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp sun dried tomato basil pesto
1 jar sun dried tomatoes
1 cup parmesan + gouda cheese
Add additional seasoning like Cajun, Seafood seasoning , Old Bay, paprika to the sauce if necessary.
Add the sun dried tomato pesto
Add the grated cheese and combine.
Add sun dried tomatoes and combine.
Step 3
Re-add seafood and pasta to the sauce and combine.
Garnish with parsley.

We need:
1 ounce butter
8 ounce cooked linguini
20 medium shrimp (cooked)
1 cup crab meat (cooked)
1 cup mushrooms
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 ounce minced garlic
2 ounce olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Directions:
1. In a skillet, saute over medium heat, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper and garlic for a minute.
2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
3. Add cream and bring to a boil, add the parmesan cheese and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired thickness of the sauce is achieved.
4. Add cooked shrimp and crab meat. Stir, stir.
5. Add cooked noodles and serve!
