How To make Cream Cheese Pound Cake
3/4 lb Butter
3 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 lb Cream cheese
6 lg Eggs
3 c Cake flour, sifted
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 t Almond extract
1 t Vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Cream the butter, sugar and cheese together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla and almond extract. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Stir in flour. Don't be vigorous; mix it just enough to incorporate the flour. Spoon into a greased tube pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool for 15-20 minutes, then invert the cake onto a serving dish and remove the tube pan. If you wait too long, it will stick. NOTES: * A pound cake made with cream cheese -- I got this recipe from Annette Hall at Computer System Resources, in Georgia (annette@gacsr.UUCP). She posted it to net.cooks, claiming that it's the best pound cake you'll ever taste. She's right! Grandma's Cream Cheese Pound Cake Recipe
I went out of town to visit grandma and she blessed me with some of her homemade cream cheese pound cake. God I love that woman!!! This cream cheese pound cake bakes up soft, moist and velvety smooth.
I really enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with my grandma. She is the coolest woman EVER!!!
If you are still blessed to have your grandparents in your life be sure to spend as much time with them as possible. They truly are treasures.

Ingredients:
Butter - ¼ cup (60 g) (unsalted) (room temperature)
Cream cheese - ¼ cup (60 g)
Sugar - ½ cup (100 g)
Egg - 2 (L)
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
All purpose flour - ¾ cup (100 g) or Cake flour
Baking powder - 1 tsp (4 g)
Salt - ⅛ tsp
Pan size - 16.5 x 9.5 x 6.5 cm
Bake in preheated oven (160°C) for 40 - 45 mins

In today’s video we will be making a vanilla cream cheese pound cake! The full recipe Is listed below.
•3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) of Room temperature Unsalted butter
•1 8oz packaged of Room temperature cream cheese
•2 tbs pure vanilla extract
•6 large eggs room temperature
•3 cups granulated sugar
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•3 cups of sifted cake flour
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr 30 minutes to 1 hr 45 minutes.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
3 sticks unsalted butter ~ room temperature
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
3 cups morena sugar
6 eggs ~ room temperature
2 Tbs. vanilla extract
3 cups unbleached flour ~ sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Follow the video demonstration to combine ingredients.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
Simple Icing
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbs. milk
mix together & drizzle over cake.
