How To make Cream Cheese Peach Pie
3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Butter
1 pk Vanilla pudding, 3 oz
== NOT INSTANT 1 lg Egg
1/2 c Milk
1 lg Can sliced peaches 20-28oz
== drained, reserve juice 1 pk 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Sugar
3 1/2 tb Peach juice
== topping == 2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Fresh grated nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine and beat first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Place sliced peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 minutes. Smooth with a spoon to within 1/2 inch edge of the pie pan. Mix sugar and spices, sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. -----

Base:
► 6 Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
► 1 ½ Tablespoons Melted Butter
Cream Cheese Layer:
► 170gm Cream Cheese (room temperature)
► 55gm Castor Sugar
► 80ml Plain yogurt
► 150ml Whipped Cream
► 200gm Chopped Canned Peaches
► 1 Tablespoon Gelatin Powder
► 3 Tablespoons Water
Peach Layer
► 220gm Canned Peach
► 50ml Water
► 25gm Castor Sugar
► 3 Tablespoons Peach Syrup (from can)
► 1 Tablespoon Gelatin Powder
► 45ml Water
► Peach cut into thin wedges for decoration

8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
29 ounces, weight Sliced Peaches, Drained
¾ cups Powdered Sugar
½ teaspoons Almond Extract
8 ounces, fluid Cool Whip
1 whole 9 Graham Cracker Crust
1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
2. Drain peach slices. Slice larger pieces in half to make thinner slices. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract on medium speed.
3. Turn mixer to low and add Cool Whip, mixing just till folded together.
4. Gently fold drained peaches into Cool Whip mixture and spread in graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
