2 c Confectioners' sugar
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate,
-melted 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 ds Salt
1 c Chopped nuts
Servings: 1 pound DIRECTIONS: Beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add melted chocolate and blend. Stir in vanilla, salt, and chopped nuts. For my easy no-bake cheesecake, you’ll use a store-bought graham cracker crust. Beat all the ingredients (except the pie crust ;-) and the pie filling) until they are thoroughly blended. You’ll need a hand mixer to get a nice smooth filling. Pour the mixture in your store-bought crust, smooth it out, and chill. That’s all there is to it.
Quick and easy Cream Cheese Fudge
This is a quick and easy fudge recipe using only 3 ingredients, that anyone can make including the kiddos, and of course, it's really tasty!
Cream Cheese Fudge
1 12 oz bag of Hershey's cream cheese chips
1 14 oz can of sweet condensed milk
1 cup of crushed Iced Animal crackers for the topping.
This recipe is non-microwave, first, you want to heat your milk just until it's warm and not too hot, next get a medium-sized mixing bowl and add your cream cheese chip to it, pour in your warm milk, mix it all together evenly, in a 8x8 add some parchment paper so it's easy to remove the fudge when it's ready to be cut up, pour your fudge mix into your dish smooth the fudge evenly in the dish, then add your cup of crushed Iced Animal crackers all over your fudge and gently press the cookies into the fudge so they stay, and let the fudge set for about 30-45 minutes, remove fudge from dish cut into small squares and enjoy!
