How To make Cranberry Banana Pie
1 1/2 cups Cranberries
1 cup Sugar
2 To 3 bananas
Wash cranberries. Remove stems. Combine cranberries and sugar. Cover. Cook slowly until fruit is tender and clear. Cool. Line pie pan with plain pastry. Cover bottom with thinly sliced bananas. Pour cranberry sauce over bananas. Cover with strips of pastry to form a lattice. Bake in hot oven (425 F) 15 minutes.

After playing around with the recipe, I have decided that heating the cream cheese for about 45 seconds in the microwave and whipping it a bit before adding it to the whipped cream yields the smoothest results.

No-Bake Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (360ml) graham cracker crumbs (about 9 whole crackers worth)
2 Tablespoons (30g) packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon (5ml) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup (1 stick or 113g) butter , melted
Fluffy Cranberry Pie Filling Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream
12 ounces (340g) cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 - 14 oz can (397g) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla
zest of 1 medium orange
optional - a few drops of red food coloring to achieve deeper pink color
optional - orange peel curls for garnish
optional - a few frozen cranberries for garnish (rolled in sugar)

No-Bake Cranberry Pie Recipe
Quick and easy no-bake pie with cool whip and cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 ( 14 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese with cranberry sauce, and whipped topping. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
Evenly pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

I tried out a new Fall inspired WW banana bread recipe today. I loved it and wanted to share it with you all. If you love banana bread and cranberries you will love this sweet and tart Fall inspired bread! WW Points, Calories & Macros included down in the description box!

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp canola oil
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 cup fresh, chopped cranberries
cooking spray
Combine the flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together in medium sized bowl. In a mixer, mix together sugar and canola oil for about 2 minutes until sugar starts to dissolve. Mix in eggs and bananas. Fold in dry ingredients and cranberries. Pour batter into 9X5 loaf pan, lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes then turn loaf out of pan onto a cooling rack. Makes 12 3/4 inch slices.
