Crab Snacks ~ Easy and delicious appetizer
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 jar, Old English Cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 pound crabmeat
6 English Muffins
Split English Muffins in half and place on a sheet tray. Mix butter, cheese, mayonnaise, and salts in a bowl. Fold in crabmeat, careful not to break up into pieces.
Spread mixture evenly on muffins. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and cut into six pieces. Place pieces on tray and cook immediately (or put in freezer bag for later.)
Broil for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.

When I was young and just starting out learning to cook, Crab Dip was one of my first go to recipes. It was always a bit impressive when you had company and honestly, it's hard to mess up lol. Crab Dip

Ingredients
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
1 1/2 cups shredded white Cheddar
One 16-ounce container claw crab meat, picked through for shells
Crackers, bread or tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the Asiago, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, pepper, seafood seasoning and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar until well combined. Fold in the crab meat. Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar.
Bake until browned and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread or tortilla chips!

½ tsp cream-style horseradish
¼ tsp salt
1 dash pepper
⅓ cup almonds, slivered

0:30 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
0:34 In a bowl, combine ingredients except for almonds and mix well.
1:14 Pour into a greased casserole dish or baking pan.
1:25 Top with almonds.
1:40 Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F, until heated through.
