4 tb All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Pepper
1/3 c Process cheese spread
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Milk
1/8 ts Tabasco sauce (or more)
1/4 lb Crabmeat
1/2 lb Cooked shrimp
Hot cooked rice Combine flour, salt, pepper and 1 cup milk. Stir until smooth. Combine cheese spread and remaining milk in top of double boiler, cook over hot water until cheese melts. Add flour mixture and hot sauce to cheese mixture, stir until smooth. Add shrimp and crabmeat. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 F. for

Seafood potatoes au gratin: this recipe is a must-try!
This recipe is just amazing! INGREDIENTS
• 4 potatoes
• 450g shrimp (boiled)
• 450g shrimp (raw)
• 1 diced onions
• 2 tsp chopped garlic
• 4 tsp butter
• 4 tsp flour
• 3 cups mozzarella
• 1 cup cream
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 30g shrimp and crab boil sauce
• salt
• pepper
• green onions
METHOD
Chop potatoes. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes. Melt the butter.
Add onions and garlic. Add flour and mix. Pour in milk. Stir until the sauce thickens. Add 1 cup of cheese and mix until the cheese has melted.
Throw crayfish and raw shrimp along with liquid crab sauce, onion powder, salt, pepper.
Pour into a saucepan and put a small amount of cheese sauce on the bottom. Then add half the potatoes.
Then evenly distribute half of the seafood, sprinkle with cheese and pour over the sauce.
Repeat these layers again, ending with cheese sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with baking paper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake. Garnish with green onions.

Shrimp, Scallop and Fish Gratin with Leek Confit
If you’re a seafood lover, you can’t pass on this recipe. This seafood gratin made with shrimp, scallops and fish is on another level and perfect for festive occasions to impress your guests. Gratin is a French culinary term referring to a dish that’s been topped with ingredients to create a brown crust. This recipe uses Panko crumbs and Emmental cheese for a beautiful crispy top. You could also use standard breadcrumbs and Swiss cheese as a replacement.
You will need fresh shrimp or prawns, so you can use the heads and shell for a beautiful stock. If you can’t find fresh, try whole frozen, but you will need those heads.
The dish is lined with a confit of leek which marries so well with seafood.
If you wish to make it in advance, simply leave out to cool down before baking, cover and refrigerate. Bake the following day. Either way, enjoy my next level seafood gratin.
