How To make Crab Supreme
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. fresh okra
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs -- beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 stick butter
2 dashes garlic powder
Dash of salt Dash of black pepper 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 carrot
Beat eggs, add milk, Tabasco sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper and vinegar. Peel carrot, dice, and cook separately in saucepan until tender. Allow to cool and add to above mixture. Add crabmeat and flour. Mix well. Add okra which should be cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Pour mixture in baking dish. Bake in hot 425
degree oven for 10 minutes. Shred cheese while Crab Supreme is baking. Spread cheese on top after 10 minutes and return to oven for additional 10 minutes. Serve hot

The easiest part of preparing a crab dish is cooking it. I know some of you may be daunted by the process of mercy killing and cleaning the crabs but it's really not as difficult as it seems. We have made a video a long time ago showing you how to go about doing it (see video here: In the video, we've also included some tips on how to choose a crab. Do watch it and try it at home. Cooking crabs at home is very rewarding because it is so so much more affordable.

Stir Fried Crab Beehoon (Rice Vermicelli) 干炒螃蟹米粉
Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax

5 cloves of garlic (sliced into thick chunks)
5 shallots (sliced into thick chunks)
3 slices of young ginger
2 cups (500ml or 16.9 fl oz) water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
0.5 teaspoon sugar
1.2 kg crabs (we used Sri Lankan crab in the video)
150g beehoon (rice vermicelli) - rehydrate by soaking in room temp water for 10 mins
100g Beijing round cabbage
2 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce
A few dashes white pepper
A small handful Chinese coriander
1 stalk spring onion
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine

I'm also in the process of creating my own simple and easy to follow beginner friendly vegan cookbook. This cookbook will include simple recipes, replicating some of your favorite foods you are used to eating but veganized (yes, I said veganzied lol). Once again I want to thank EVERYONE who has supported me so far!!!!
Ingredients:
1 can of artichoke hearts (left this out in the video..sorry)
1 can of hearts of palm
1 - 2 TBPS of vegan mayo
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika (season to taste)
1/2 tsp of garlic powder (season to taste)
1/2 tsp of black pepper (season to taste)
1/2 tsp of sea salt (season to taste)
1 tsp of old bay (season to taste)
Mustard...(season to taste)
Seaweed of choice
Saltine crackers...no more than 8-10
Grape seed oil for frying
What to do:
Pulse artichoke and hearts of palm in food processor until you get crab meat consistency....Transfer to bowl...add the remaining ingredients into a bowl.
Chill for 30 mins to an hr
Mold into cakes..lightly coat with flour
Pan fry in grapeseed oil until golden brown and then flip
Enjoy
