Farideh brings some home-cooked nostalgia to the Munchies Test Kitchen with her take on beef stroganoff. Farideh updates this classic dinner recipe by using beef tenderloin, fresh mushrooms and onions, and makes a flavorful sauce made with white wine, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and beef stock. She tosses it all together with eggs noodles and brightens the dish up with a sprinkle of parsley.

This stunning crab thermidor is surprisingly simple to make at home. Crab shells are stuffed with cooked crab in a creamy white sauce, then topped with cheese and broiled until golden.Make this a special crab thermidor a special meal on a Sunday and of course you can dazzle dinner guests with it.
All you need
crab 2
celery 1 cup
onion 1
whole garlic 1 pod
ginger 1 piece
carrot 1
water to cook crab
butter 2 tbsp
chopped onion 1
chopped garlic 6
chopped green chilli 6
sliced mushroom 8
salt
flour 1 tbsp
milk 1 1/2 to 2 cup
crushed pepper 1 tsp
cream 3/4 cup
chopped parsley 1/2 cup
mustard paste 1 tsp
grated cheese 1/2 cup
Method
Cook crab with celery, onion,carrot, garlic and ginger for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove shell and keep the crab meat.In another pan, heat butter, saute onion, garlic and chillies till pale brown. Add mushroom and fry. A dd crabmeat and mix well. Make a well in center of pan, add flour and cook. In medium heat add milk and cook till sauce is thick. Add salt and pepper. Now switch off the stove, add mustard paste, cream and chopped parsley. Transfer this mix to cooked crab shell. Add grated cheese and bake till cheese melts and gooey......

Wasabi Crab Mac & Cheese with Meyhem Lauren - How To
Meyhem Lauren flexes his culinary talents by making wasabi crab mac and cheese in Munchies Test Kitchen. This recipe, inspired by a sushi craving, begins by whisking together wasabi paste, butter, flour, and milk in a pot.
Meyhem then brings a large pot of water to boil and cooks the pasta shells. Next, he returns to the sauce base and whisks in Asiago and sharp white cheddar cheese. After draining the shells, Meyhem assembles the dish by layering the pasta and lump crab meat into a casserole dish and seasons it with Old Bay. Then, he evenly pours the cheese sauce over the pasta and crab and places the dish in the oven for 25 minutes. Meyhem adds another layer of cheese, both panko and regular bread crumbs, and returns the dish to the oven for a final 10 minutes. When finished, Meyhem admires his cheesy seafood creation, which he believes could end (or start) a war.
