3/4 c Corn meal 1 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 2 ts Baking powder 2 tb Sugar 2 Eggs 3/4 c Milk 2 tb Lard Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and beat well. How to make VEGAN GREEK SALAD w Green Vie Cheese Summer is for me to eat salads and one that I particularly love is greek salad w olives and the twangy greek cheese. I tried the green vie greek style cheese and give you my hones opinion about how it tastes. Below are the rough measurements I used for this salad that made one portion.

1 small head of crispy salad (5-7 small leafs) hand full of kale or spinach 6 cherry or plum tomatoes 1 small red onion 1 tsp dried oregano sea salt to taste 1 tbs olive oil 2 tbs white whine vinegar pepper to taste a little less then 1/2 of a pack green vie greek style feta cheese 10-15 olives
Serve with pasta or bread for a more filling option.
