3 Cups Corn Flake crumbs 2 Tablespoons Sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoons Light Cream Cheese Grind corn flakes in food processor, add sugar and process just until enough to mix. Add half of cream cheese and process. Add remaining cream= cheese and process. spray 9" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in crust mixture. Gently and evenly press to bottom and sides to form crust. Chill before adding filling.

Vegan Cornflake Tart - yummy and margarine free!
A Cornflake Tart is such a retro dessert - in fact it's so retro, that I have never tasted it before! It turned out really yummy and much healthier option that the usual recipe with vegan butter or margarine.
Cornflake Tart
PASTRY: ¾ cup whole wheat fine plain (or otherwise called pastry) flour ¼ cup raw cashews A pinch of salt 2 Tbsp maple syrup 4 Tbsp cold water
FILLING: 100g vegan cornflakes 100g maple syrup (or 1/3 cup) 1/3 cup raspberry jam ¼ cup almond butter A few fresh raspberries (optional)
Blind bake the pastry in the preheated oven on 170 degrees Celcius for about 20 minutes. Then bake with the cornflake filling for another 5 minutes.
