How To make Cool'N Easy (Watermelon) Pie
2/3 c Boiling Water
1 pk (4-serving size) JELL-O
-brand watermelon flavor -gelatin, or any flavor 1/2 c Cold Water
Ice Cubes 8 oz Package Cool Whip non-dairy
-whipped topping, thawed 1 ea Prepared graham cracker
-crumb crust Additional whipped topping -for garnish
1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl 2 minutes
or until dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to make 1-1/4 cups. Stir into gelatin until slightly
thickened. Remove any remaining ice. 2. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Refrigerate
10 minutes or until mixture will mound. Spoon into
crust. 3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with

This No Bake Dessert is easy to make and creamy with a delicious orange flavor. I hope you like it as much as I do! I have listed the recipe below.

EASY NO BAKE CREAMSICLE PIE:
Ingredients:
1 - 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cup hot water
1 envelope unflavored gelation
1 8oz. block of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup orange juice
8 oz. container Cool Whip
22 oz. mandarin oranges - 2 - 11 oz. cans drained well
Instructions:
Combine the hot water and the gelatin and whisk until combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Add the orange juice to the gelatin mixture and whisk until combined.
In a large bowl. combine the orange juice/gelatin mixture with the cream cheese mixture and whisk until smooth.
Add in the Cool Whip and 1 can of mandarin oranges. Mix using a rubber spatula until combined.
Spoon mixture into the crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours. If you want to speed it up put in freezer. Make sure to defrost it before serving.
If you like you can garnish it with the remaining oranges.
