Kek Coklat Moist Leleh boleh buat berniaga
Kek Coklat Moist yang memang sangat popular dan menjadi kegemaran ramai. Nak membuatnya tidak susah juga boleh dikomersialkan dalam pelbagai saiz dan bentuk untuk berniaga.
Bahan asasnya ialah kek coklat yang dikukus. Hasilnya memang kek yg sangat lembap dan lembut. Kalau nak bakar pun boleh. Kemudian, kita sediakan pula adunan coklat ganache untuk dituang ke atas kek coklat serta boleh dihias mengikut kreativiti masing-masing. Kombinasi kek dan coklat ganache memang sangat terbaik..
Resepi ini akan menghasilkan kek coklat moist yang premium walaupun kita guna bahan-bahan yg tak terlalu mahal jika anda mengikuti jenama bahan2 yang Che Nom gunakan. Kalau nak tau jom tengok video ni sampai habis ok.
Nota: Kalau nak bakar, suhu oven 160°C masa 18-25 minit atau ikut kesesuaian oven masing-masing. Pastikan guna bekas aluminium jika bakar.

Bahan kek coklat:
4 biji telur
1 cwn gula kastor
1 sk esen vanila
1/2 cwn susu pekat
1 +1/4 cwn tepung gandum
1 cwn serbuk koko
1 sk soda bikarbonat
1 sk serbuk penaik
1/4 sk garam halus
1 cwn susu krim penuh
1 cwn minyak jagung
1/2 sk serbuk kopi segera
1 sb air panas
Bahan-bahan untuk coklat ganache:
350g coklat gelap compound
1 cwn susu cair
3 sb mentega

Chocolate cake ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 +1/4 cups plain flour
1 cup coco powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 cup full cream milk
1 cup corn oil
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp hot water
Ingredients for chocolate ganache:
350g dark chocolate compound
1 cup evaporated creamer
3 tbsp butter

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup softened butter, unsalted
3 1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
3 cups hot water
Bake at 180C for 1 hour or until skewer inserted at the center comes out clean
Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Chocolate Ganache:
500g dark chocolate
250mL all purpose cream

Ingredients:
Egg- 4 ( At room temperature)
powdered Sugar-1 cup ( 150g, mentioned 125 g in video, by mistake.). it's is equal to 3/4 cup regular granulated sugar. I powdered regular sugar.
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder-1 &1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup (50 g)
All Purpose flour/ plain flour-1 cup ( 130 g)
Vegetable Oil-3/4 cup (180 ml)
Vanilla Essence-1&1/2 teaspoon
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven ( preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes) at 180C for 30 minutes.
Pan size: I used a 6 inch pan, you may use a 7 or 8 inch pan as well.
