SWEET CORN CURRY INGREDIENTS :
2 Sweet Corns chopped
1 tablespoon Oil
3 Cloves , 2 Cinnamon sticks ,2 Green Cardamon
2 Onions
2 Green Chillies
1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 Tomato
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 cup Chopped Coriander or Cilantro Leaves
COCONUT GRAVY PASTE INGREDIENTS :
1/2 Cup Chopped Coconut
1/4 Cup Cashew Nuts
1 Cup Water
Blend it into fine paste to form creamy coconut gravy.

3 ears of corn, small
1 onion, pureed
1 small tomato, pureed
400ml coconut milk, or as required
2-3 dried red chillies
1 bay leaf
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Fresh coriander for garnishing
A few sticks of lemongrass
2 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp + 1 cup water

Learn how to make Corn Curry at home with Chef Seema Gadh on Swaad Anusaar.
A delicious curry recipe made using corn, spices, curd and gram flour, this Corn Curry is a must-try for all the corn lovers out there!

Ingredients:
For Curd Mixture:
1 cup/300 grams Curd
3 tbsp Gram flour
Water as required
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger, crushed
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
1 ltr Water
For Curry:
Oil
Asafoetida
Fenugreek seeds
Corn, cut into 1-inch pieces
For Tempering:
Oil
1 ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
Red Chillies
Method of preparation:
For Curd Mixture:
In a bowl take curd, whisk it nicely.
Add gram flour, water, salt, ginger, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, whisk it well.
Add water to the mixture and whisk well.
For Curry:
Heat oil in a vessel, add asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, curd mixture and cook it till it comes to a boil.
Add corn to the curry, mix well and let it cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame.
For Tempering:
Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, red chillies and pour it into the curry.
Our Corn Curry is ready to serve.

Ingredients
Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
Red chillies - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Fenugreek/Methi seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies - 2
Curry leaves - 15
Chopped garlic - 10 cloves
Chopped ginger - 1 tablespoon
Chopped onion - 1 large
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped tomato - 1 large
Coconut milk - 200 ml
Tamarind water - 100 ml
Water - 50 ml
Preparation
In a kadhai add coconut oil, dried red chillies, mustard seeds, methi/fenugreek seeds and chopped green chillies. Sauté .
Add curry leaves, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped onion. Sauté till the onions become translucent and brownish.
Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and black pepper. Mix well.
Add a chopped tomato. Mix well.
Add coconut milk, tamarind water and normal water. Cook while mixing.
