Pour the mixture onto a plate coated with butter and let it cool down. Shape the candies into balls and put them in the fridge while you make the caramel. In a pot, add the sugar, water and vinegar. Mix well and let it cook on medium heat until the caramel is golden, do not let the caramel darken, otherwise it will became bitter. This process takes approximately 5 to 8 minutes after it starts to boil. Turn the flame off and dip each ball into the caramel very carefully with the help of a tooth pick or a fork. Let the excess of caramel drip. Place them into a cookie pan with parchment paper and let them cool down. Store the candies at room temperature for up to 3 days.

4 BAHAN JE! No Bake Caramel Coconut Candy Bon Bon (Bala Baiana) | basickeli
Gula gula kelapa ni lah resepi pertama Ely buat meniaga dulu
Ely tunjukkan dua cara; satu cara yang Ely buat dulu - dulu, waktu kecik-kecik meniaga dulu (waktu tu baru je 10-11 tahun tau)
Pernah cuba tak resepi coconut bon bon tu?
Selamat mencuba!
