How To make Cocoa Chocolate Crinkles
1/2 c Shortening
1 2/3 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
6 tb Cocoa
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Milk
1/2 c Nuts
Powdered sugar Cream shortening and sugar. Add vanilla and well beaten eggs. Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, blending well after each addition. Stir in nuts and chill dough at least 3 hours. Shape chilled dough into small balls. Roll each in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Bake in a 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes. -----

My favorite kitchen equipment:
Makes about 22-24 cookies
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons (60g) Butter
8 oz (225g) Dark chocolate
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
1/4 cup (30g) Cocoa powder
1½ cup (190g) Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup (110g) Powdered sugar
Instant coffee
Directions:
1. Chop the chocolate and put into a large heatproof bowl, add butter and set over pot with simmering water. Melt completely. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. In a large bowl or in a bowl of a stand mixer beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add vanilla extract, melted chocolate mixture and mix until combined and smooth.
3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir just until incorporated.
4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 360F (180C).
6. Form the dough into 1-inch balls, roll the balls in the powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment, leaving 2-inches (5cm) apart.
7. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Until the edges are firm and the center still soft.
8. Let cool.

Easy Butter Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe | Chewy and Fudgy

Not only are these remarkably delicious chocolate crinkle cookies beautiful to look at, they’re the perfect combination of rich chocolatey taste and chewy texture. It's an exemplary festive cookie for holidays or for any occasions.
You’ll need:
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup powdered sugar + ½ cup (more for coating)
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ cup canola oil/vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs (room temperature)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Makes 12 delicious cookies
Cool. Serve. Enjoy!
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Measure your flour correctly. Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly cookies when baked. Fluff your flour with a spoon in the container, spooned it into your measuring cup until full, and use the back of the knife to level it off.

Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1 3/4 cup (230 grams)
sugar 2 cups (400 grams
salt 1/2 tsp (5 grams)
baking powder 1 tsl ( 6 grams)
cocoa powder (105 grams)
*I used 40 grams hershey's cocoa
*65 grams dark alkalized cocoa
egg 4 large (205 grams)
oil 100 ml or grams
vanilla 1 tbsp
Baking time: 18-20 minutes (160°) depending on your oven. just until edges are slightly firm. they should still be soft in the center.

Ingredients
2 cups All purpose flour
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Cocoa powder, Use Dutch Cocoa any brand
1 cup White sugar
1/3 cup Brown sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
150 grams melted chocolate (optional)
Chill for 4 hours or Overnight
1 TO 2 HOUR FREEZER
Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
