How To make Classic Salsa (Hot!)

onion, red, minced

chilies, hot, minced

honey or alternative

chili powder

salt
1

wine vinegar or lemon juice

Directions:
Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper. Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
