Winter Citrus Bars
These winter citrus bars are a twist on lemon bars–a rich, buttery crust is complemented by a bright citrus punch from the lemons and blood oranges.
Citrus bars will keep for 2 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
The blood orange juice and zest can be replaced with any citrus fruit you wish to use! For gluten free citrus bars, simply replace the flour with Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten Free Flour.

Pumpkin Waffles From Scratch | Easy Recipe, SECRET Ingredients To Elevate Pumpkin Flavor!
It's time to eat AMAZING pumpkin waffles @ home... EASY RECIPE! Making crispy and fluffy pumpkin waffles from scratch is SOO much better than buying the boxed and frozen ones. There's a few secrets here that will really elevate your waffle game :) Hope you enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
BATTER
1 + ¼ Cups Cake flour
¼ Cups Cornstarch
¼ Cups Butter, Melted
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
PUMPKIN SPICE BLEND
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Allspice
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Crystalized Lemon
PUMPKIN
½ Cup Pumpkin Puree (Fresh or Canned)
LEAVENING
1 + ⅓ Cup Milk (Heated 100 F)
1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
2 Eggs Whites (Whisked to stiff peaks)
SECRET!
Several Pieces of Candied Ginger (Torched)
STEPS
1. Sift! Start by sifting the cake flour and cornstarch into a mixing bowl
2. Then, add the rest of the “Batter” ingredients: melted butter, brown sugar, baking soda into the mixing bowl
3. Next, add the Pumpkin Spice Blend into the mixing bowl: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Allspice, Ground Ginger, and one of the secret ingredients: Crystalized lemon!
Feel free to substitute the crystalized lemon with lemon powder, lemon juice powder, or just 1 Tbsp of lemon juice and 1tsp of lemon zest (if you don’t have crystalized lemon handy)
4. Now, we come to the star ingredient: Pumpkin! Use ½ cup of puree, either fresh or canned. Whatever you have handy!
5. Next, heat up the milk (any kind of milk) to 100 degrees F, then gently stir in your active yeast. Let proof for 15 minutes, until you see bubbles forming on top.
6. While waiting for milk/yeast to proof, whisk your egg whites to stiff peaks, then add to the mixing bowl!
7. When the milk/yeast is ready, gently pour into the mixing bowl!
8. Gently fold the entire mixture together until the mixture is 100% together. DON’T OVERMIX!
9. Let batter rest for 30 minutes to let yeast form bubbles!
10. Take the candied ginger, and brulee the sugar with a torch. Feel free to just heat up with a pan if you don’t have a torch. Make sure the sugar is nice and caramelized!
11. Once the candied ginger is caramelized, either use a food processor or a knife to chop into small pieces.
12. Next, heat up your waffle iron. When you think it’s hot enough, test it out by splashing just a few drops of water on it. Make sure it’s sizzling!
13. Pour one waffle’s worth of batter into your waffle iron, and sprinkle some candied ginger bits on top before closing the iron.
14. Bake the waffles until done. Watch for diminishing steam, and when steam is just about gone, wait 10 seconds and then remove!
15. Top with toppings (or not), and enjoy!
BONUS RECIPE: PUMPKIN SPICE Baileys Whipped Cream
INGREDIENTS
1 Pint Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Baileys
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
¼ Tsp Pumpkin Spice (From above)
STEPS
1. Combine all ingredients

Cranberry Bread with Orange Glaze

►6 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
►3/4 cup granulated sugar
►2 large eggs, room temperature
►1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
►1/2 Tbsp flour
ORANGE GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
►1 cup powdered sugar
►1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
►1 tsp orange zest, reserved from the orange above

Visible confusion on groomsman's face as he witnesses cake cruelty || WooGlobe
There are some moments in life you just can't prepare for, and this comical video shows a man experiencing one such moment.
It unfolded at his friend's wedding while he was eagerly looking forward to being served a slice of cake, as he had at countless weddings before.
However, to his bewilderment, instead of the usual graceful vertical cut, he witnessed the top half of the cake being mercilessly yanked off.
It was originally a three-layer cake and all three layers were real, the filmer, Breann, revealed to WooGlobe. The top layer of the cake was saved for the bride and groom and was removed in a similar way, which led me to start recording.
