Here's a quick and easy cake to make it tastes great warm right out of the oven.
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 egg room temperature
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped apples your choice ( 2 medium apples)
Mix brown sugar and butter together in a bowl, beat in egg add, flour, baking soda, cinnamon ,nutmeg and salt till combined, Stir in apples. Grease a 9 or 8 square pan Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Serve warm or cold
Topping: 1/4 cup chocolate syrup , 2-3 Tablespoon of powder sugar to the desired thickness, Drizzle over cake sprinkle chocolate chips and chocolate jimmies on top. ( It's also great with just powder sugar sprinkled on top.

INGREDIENTS
1 Boxed White Cake Mix
1 Small Box of Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
8 oz Sour Cream
1 Bag of Hershey’s Cinnamon Chips
Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350.
Spray with non-stick spray or generously grease bundt pan with butter and dusted flour.
Mix cake mix and pudding. Add eggs, oil, water, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cinnamon chips.
Pour evenly into pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Let cook in pan for 1 hour. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
Serves: 8-10

This is a large amount of batter, 19 cups, that I use in either three 8 inch layers or four 7 inch layers, and I recommend using tall 3 inch cake pans. The recipe easily breaks down by fourths if you are looking to make a smaller batch.
CINNAMON CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE RECIPE
8 cup flour (8 1/2 for high altitude)
8 cup lightly packed brown sugar (7 1/2 for high altitude)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup cold butter cut into pieces
4 eggs
4 cup sour cream
4 tsp baking soda (3 1/2 tsp for high altitude)
1/2 cup milk
6 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325 (25 degrees hotter for high altitude - use an oven thermometer)
in a mixer with the whisk attachment add the flour, sugar and cinnamon
add the butter and mix on height until the butter pieces are the size of peas - stop before it starts to warm and cream
dd the eggs one at a time, mixing between
in a medium sized bowl mix the baking soda and sour cream, let sit 3 mins (it will expand)
add the sour cream mixture into the batter along with the milk and stir until just evenly moistened
stir in the chocolate chips - it will be a thick batter
spread into three 8 or 9 inch pans and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about an hour (50 mins for high altitude)
CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup butter
12 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 lbs powdered sugar give or take
2 tsp cinnamon
Melt the butter and brown sugar together until the brown sugar dissolves
let cool to room temperature (you don't want this warm when you add it to the frosting)
beat the cream cheese until creamy
pour the brown sugar mixture into the cream cheese and beat until smooth
mix in the vanilla
add half the powdered sugar and beat
add the cinnamon and beat
add more powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until your happy with the thickness

The Best Cinnamon Cake Recipe | Cake Boss | Cinnamon Rolls
Best Cinnamon cake... Have you remembered unique smell of your mother cinnamon cake when you were home after school in cold winter days? Do you want to flash back to these days? Or have you watched cake boss in TV and wants to bake like them? Good, you are definitely on correct recipe. Following ingredients will throw you back or make you feel like cake boss. If you are ready for journey to your old and lovely days, let's go.
Ingredients;
For Cinnamon Filling;
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter *at room temperature
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
For Cake Batter;
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Flour
For Topping;
1 Tbsp Butter *at room temperature
4 oz. Cream Cheese (100g) *at room temperature
2 Tbsp Whipping Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk butter and brown sugar at room temperature. Add it flour and cinnamon. Beat your mixture well until having good homogeneous brown view.
For cake batter, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer for 5 minutes. Then add milk, vanilla extract and melted butter and whisk. From this point, you should use whisk, not the hand mixer. Otherwise, your cake will not be fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
Oil your pan, pour cake batter into your pan. Put the cinnamon filling and spread it as you watched in the video.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Leave the cake to being cooled down for 20 minutes after baking.
For Topping;
Whisk butter and cream cheese in a bowl. Then add the powder sugar, whipping cream and vanilla extract. Mix your all ingredient thoroughly. Keep it in refrigerator until you start your garnishing step.
Decorate your cake as you wish.
Taste is similar to cinnamon rolls huh?

3/4 Su Bardağı Şeker
1 Paket Vanilin yada 2 Çay Kaşığı Vanilya Özü
1.5 Su Bardağı Un
Süsleme İçin:
1 Yemek Kaşığı Oda Sıcaklığında Tereyağı yada Margarin
1 Su Bardağı Pudra Şekeri
Yarım Paket Krem peynir (100g)
2 Yemek Kaşığı Krema
1 Çay Kaşığı Vanilya Özü yada Çeyrek Paket Vanilin
Oda sıcaklığındaki margarin ve esmer şekeri çırpın. Ardından un ve tarçını ekleyin. İyice karıştırın.
Kek hamuru için yumurta ve şekeri 5dk. el mikseri ile çırpın. Ardından süt ve eritilmiş tereyağını ekleyip çırpın. Bu aşamadan sonra artık el mikserini kullanmamalıyız. Aksi halde kekiniz kabarmayacaktır. Vanilin, un, kabartma tozu ve karbonatı eleyerek karışıma ekleyin. Ardından çırpıcı yada spatula yardımıyla karıştırın.
Kaıbınızı yağlayın ve kek harcınızı tepsinize dökün. Üzerine kaşık yardımıyla tarçınlı dolguyu koyun ve videoda görüldüğü gibi yayın.
175°C önceden ısıtılmış fırında 25-30dk. pişirin. Kürdan testi ile kekinizin pişip pişmediğini anlayabilirsiniz. Fakat fırın kapağı sürekli açılmamalıdır.
Süslemesi için oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağı ve krem peyniri ezin. Ardından pudra şekeri krema ve vanilini ekleyip karıştırın. Keki süsleyene kadar buzdolabınızda muhafaza edin.
Kek piştikten sonra 20 dk soğuması için bekleyin. Ardından dilimleyin ve süsleyin.

300 ml milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Brown Sugar Mix:
150 g brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp sunflower oil or 120 g melted butter
Glaze:
200 g icing sugar
70 ml milk
9'' X 13'' (23-CM X 33-CM) PAN
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30-40 mins, but keep an eye on it.
Test with a toothpick for doneness!
NOTE: You can adjust the quantity of sugar to suit your taste. Feel free to use less sugar if you prefer a less sweet cake.Enjoy! ????????
