Cinnamon Roll Dough Recipe:
Dough:
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp chocolate liqueur
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 tbsp butter
4-5 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
SHABBAT PREP From Start To Finish Sephardic Shabbat Recipes
Apple TATIN:
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, at room
temperature, plus extra for greasing the dish
11/4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced into 12
pieces
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
2 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
????Roasted Stuffed Chicken:
S/P
Paprika
Chicken poweder
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Pomegranate sauce
Tbsp oil
Stuff with apples, oranges and celery.
Bake @400 covered for 45 minutes then uncover for additional 45 minutes until Golden brown.
Stuffed Vegetables Recipe:
2 lbs ground beef
1 Cup short grain rice raw
1 tomato shredded
1 onion shredded
1 apple shredded
.5 cup tomato sauce
Parsley
S/P
In a pot, place 1/4 cup of oil, bones, small can of tomato sauce. Fill with stuffed vegetables. Add water till half way through to the top. Cook for 1.5 -3 hours.
