HOPSCOTCH
1c butterscotch chips
1/2c peanut butter
2c chow mein noodles
2c mini marshmallows
Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of double boiler. Place over hot (not boiling) water until butterscotch melts. Stir until blended. Remove from double boiler, and stir in chow mein noodles and mini marshmallows until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Chill until set. Makes about 30.

1 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, 1 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 2 large egg, 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 cups of all purpose flour, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1 tsp. of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of salt
2 cups of chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cup of crispy chow mein noodle
preheated oven to 350 degrees and bake for 8-9 minutes.
You can decorate with icing and sprinkles. Enjoy!!!!

Oh No! We Melted Chocolate Easter Bunnies! ???? Chocolate Bunny Haystacks Recipe This is a super simple no bake chocolate candy recipe that uses chow mein noodles and peanuts. It is one of those recipes that is ripe for variations with peanut butter or caramel, butterscotch chips and sprinkles. Plus watching slo mo melting Easter bunnies is fun. So to answer the question - Can you melt and cook with Easter Bunny Chocolate? Yes you can bake with Easter Bunny Chocolate.
Ingredients:
170g (6 oz) chocolate
85g (3 oz) fried chow mein noodles
150g (5oz) salted roasted peanuts
Method:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave.
Stir in the chow mein noodles, and nuts.
Scoop into bite sized portions onto a parchment lined baking tray.’
Allow to cool and harden.
**Any nut can be used, and you can melt caramels, or peanut butter chips into the chocolate.
Just keep the same basic proportions of chocolate to add ins.
