How To make Chocolate Yogurt Cheesecake

1 c Chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c Butter :
melted
16 oz Cream cheese softened
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
6 oz Semisweet chocolate :
melted
-and cooled 8 oz Yogurt -- plain
3 oz Semisweet chocolate
2 tb Butter
1 tb Light corn syrup
1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan. Chill. Combine cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until mixture is smooth and well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate and yogurt, blending well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Place a 13-x 9-x 2-inch baking pan on lower rack of oven. Pour water
into pan to a depth of 1 inch. Place cheesecake on middle rack of oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Turn oven off, and partially open oven door; let cake cool in oven. Combine chocolate, 2 tablespoons butter, corn syrup and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until melted; cool slightly. Spoon glaze over cheesecake; chill at least 8 hours. SOURCE: Unbearably Good! No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Dessert Recipe:
For the Oreo Crust:
250 grams Oreos (including the cream filling inside)
85 grams butter, melted
For the No Bake Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Mix:
400 grams dark chocolate, chopped finely and at room temperature
400 grams cream, warmed (I've used 25% fat Amul fresh cream)
530 grams hung curd or hung yogurt (I've used 1.5kg dahi to get the final hung curd quantitiy)
100 grams condensed milk
1 - 2 teaspoons cocoa powder for dusting on top of the ready cheesecake.
How I Make Hung Yogurt / Hung Curd at Home:
I empty the 1.5 kg of Dahi into a muslin cloth and tie it up. I place it over a sieve and keep this arrangement over a heavy-bottomed saucepan so the whey liquid from the yogurt can drip into this saucepan.
In summers and when the weather is hot, I place this entire arrangement in the refrigerator so the curd doesn't go sour, however, if the weather is cool (like in winter months), I will leave it on the kitchen counter.

This two-ingredient cheesecake yogurt recipe is a great low-calorie snack. It is super easy to make. You just mix plain Greek yogurt with sugar-free cheesecake Jello instant pudding mix. Adding Almond milk and/or strawberries will help to make this an even sweeter treat.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
200g (7oz) Oreo cookies
1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted
For the filling:
2 cups (450g) Full fat Cream cheese, room temperature
9oz (250g) Dark chocolate
1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream
2/3 cup (83g) Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the ganache:
140g (5oz) milk chocolate
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
Directions:
1. To make the crust: In a food processor or a Ziploc bag, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into bottom of 8-inch (20cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
2. Chop the chocolate, melt in the microwave in 30 second pulses or over a double boiler.
3. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth, add melted chocolate beat until combined and smooth.
4. In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Gradually fold into the cheesecake mixture.
5. Pour the filling into the pan. Place in the freezer while making the topping.
6. Chop the chocolate, place in a large bowl. In a saucepan bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake.
7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
