How To make Chocolate Rasberry Brownies
1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter
5 oz Unsweetened chocolate,
Chopped 2 c Sugar
4 lg Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/4 c Unbleached all purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Chopped toasted walnuts
(about 4 oz) 1/2 c Raspberry preserves
Butter 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate in heavy large saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Whisk in sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Add to chocolate mixture and whisk to blend. Stir in nuts. Pour 2 C batter into pan. Freeze until firm, about 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350'F. Spread preserves over brownie batter in pan. Spoon remaining batter over. Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature to thaw bottom layer. Bake brownies until tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool. Cut brownies into squares. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Raspberry Brownies:
150 g / 5 oz of butter
300 g / 10 oz of cooking chocolate
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
150 g / 5 oz of sugar
A few drops of lemon flavor

Raspberry Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:-
90 grams semisweet chocolate , for melting
3/4 cup (170g) butter
1 cup (200g) sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
2/3 cup (80g) all-purpose flour
3 tbsp (24g) dark cocoa powder
90 grams semisweet chocolate , chips or chunks, for folding into the batter
120 grams fresh raspberries
Instructions:-
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Butter the sides and bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan. Line the pan with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium bowl, over bain-marie, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Turn off the heat but keep the bowl over the water and stir in the sugar. Remove the bowl from the pan.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the mixture and whisk until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract then add the flour, salt and cocoa powder and stir well. Stir in the chopped chocolate and fresh raspberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs sticking to it.
Let the brownies cool completely, then carefully lift the parchment out of the baking pan. Cut into squares and serve.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to make Raspberry Brownies with a very easy recipe.
Maybe you didn't know, but these very loved cake bars called brownies are one of those cakes of unknown origin. It seems that they were created accidentally when a chef added melted chocolate into a cookie dough. But who knows?!
For my recipe you won't need to be an expert baker, but you just need a few ingredients, fresh raspberries, and about 30 minutes free to prepare this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
dark chocolate 100g.
melted butter 60g.
2 eggs
sugar 150g.
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
a pinch of salt
flour 150g.
cocoa powder 50g.
baking powder 1 teaspoon
milk 80 ml.
fresh raspberries 150g.
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate with butter. Use the bain-marie technique or use the microwave, then let to cool down.
2. Add the eggs and mix until creamy.
3. Add the sugar, a bit at a time, and mix until well combined.
4. Add salt, vanilla extract and milk then mix well.
5. Sift the flour and baking powder and make sure both are well combined.
6. Sift the cocoa powder and mix.
7. Pour the brownies mix into a tray and add the fresh raspberries.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes at 170°C, then let to cool down completely before taking the raspberry brownies out of the tray.
9. Melt the chocolate and decorate your brownies.
10. Store the raspberry brownies in a food storage box with a lid, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
