WW WEEKLY MEAL PREP BUFFET STYLE | PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MUFFINS & MUCH MORE!!
My first ever meal prep yayyy!!!
Recipes:
NUMBER 1 Breakfast Casserole 4SP FOR 1/8 OF CASSEROLE
10 eggs, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 cup reduce fat mexican shredded cheese, 1/2 cup reduce fat shredded mozzeralla, 3 slices turkey bacon, 3 1/2 cup shredded hash browns, 1 can of green chilies, salt n pepper to taste
spray your dish with oil spray, add your hash browns into a casserole dish, next add 10 beatened eggs, add half the green chilies, then add your cheese, last add the other half of green chilies with salt n pepper.
Bake on 400 for 30 minutes stick with fork to make sure it is done. I have a gas oven so my time may differ from you!
Recipe NUMBER 2 1SP FOR 1 MUFFIN
Protein Chocolate Mini Muffins
1 box of sugar free fudge brownie mix, 1 egg, I mashed banana, 5tbsp water, and 1 scoop of protein powder
mash your banana, add everything into a bowl and mix, separate into your muffin pan I use a 12 mini muffin pan which this batter made 26 muffins. Bake on 300 for 15 min or 400 for 10 NOTE: I have a gas stove so my time may differ stick with fork if no batter on fork it is done.
Frosting Recipe for Muffins 1SP FOR 2 TBSP
1/2 of package of vanilla pudding mix, 1 container of reduce fat cool whip and mix until smooth
Recipe NUMBER 3 0SP FOR 1/3 CUP
Marinara Sauce for Turkey Meatballs
1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 3 tbsp. of tomato paste, add salt n pepper, dried parsley & oregano, minced onion, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, fresh garlic, heat on stove top on low for 30 min
Recipe NUMBER 4 0SP
Pickled Radish
This was a small batch I made and the clip did get deleted but this is the recipe and it is easy.
bundle of radish slice with potato peeler, diced onions, fresh garlic, salt, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. water, juice of one whole lemon, store over night in fridge and you can eat the next day
Recipe Number 5 4SP FOR ONE
Turkey & Cheese Wheel
1 wrap, 1 slice of cheese, 1 cheese wedge, 3 slices of turkey
lay everything into wrap and roll then cut and store in fridge

Meringue Cookies | weight watchers blue plan | weight watchers new program 2020
Description - RE -Upload with warning text against using liquid egg whites.
These cookies came from a lady named Teresa in one of my Weight Watcher Blue Plan groups. They looked so fabulous, I had to try them (with her permission). You whip up some (3) egg whites (use REAL egg whites not liquid - lesson learned!), add 1/8 tsp of cream of tartar, add a pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp of flavor extract (i used lemon) and whip it till its thick. You then dump large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake at 225 for 2 hours. It's as easy as that!
You can have 23 of these cookies for 1 point on the weight watchers blue plan! This recipe will work with all of the new weight watchers new program 2020 plans ( weight watchers green plan / weight watchers purple plan) but you will certainly want to calculate points!

Sugar Free, Easy Chocolate Christmas Muffin Recipe
Today I made you sugar-free, fat-free, easy chocolate muffins. You can have it with coffee or tea in your snacks. While losing weight, you will be able to meet your sweet needs and lose weight in a fun way. Be sure to try the chocolate muffin, because it is very easy, very practical and very tasty ????
Sugar Free, Fat Free, Easy Chocolate Muffin
Materials:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 teaspoons carob extract or honey
1/2 cup of milk
Dark chocolate
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
For the above:
Dark chocolate
White chocolate
Preparation: First I beat the eggs. Then I add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of carob extract, 1 glass of milk, dark chocolate and mix it well. Finally, I add 1 glass of whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 packet of baking powder and put them in muffin cups. I bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. After my cakes have cooled, I decorate them with dark chocolate and white chocolate and it is ready. Enjoy your meal.
