How To make Chocolate Irish Cream Cake
1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk Inst chocolate pudding mix/4
-oz 3/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Vodka
1/4 c Irish cream liqueur
4 Eggs
Irish custard sauce: 6 lg Egg yolks
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Irish whiskey
Irish custard sauce, optional, recipe follows. Strawberries, for garnish, optional. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, vodka, liqueur, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Invert cake to cool. Remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar. Cake may be served plain or with Irish Custard sauce. Garnish with strawberries. Irish Cream: makes 1 1/2 cups In a medium-sized metal bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, and whiskey. Set bowl over saucepan of simmering water and whisk until mixture is foamy, triples in volume, and holds its shape in a spoon, about 6 minutes. Remove pan from water. Cool. And yes I Personally prefer the original Baileys Irish Cream (the black bottle)! the chocolate ganache balances it out the sweetness and finishes off this desert nicely. The perfect Mother’s Day desert if you ask me!

Baileys pound cake
3 cups AP flour
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
5 eggs
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup baileys
Baileys chocolate ganache
1 bag milk chocolate chips (320g)
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp Baileys
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325F and Mix cake batter as directed in the video demonstration.
Bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool on the pan for at least 20 minutes before inverting it on a cooking rack to cool down completely.
Prepare the chocolate ganache as instructed and refrigerate it for at least 1-2 hours. To make the process faster, pop it on your freezer for about 30 minutes or until it gets super thick! pour the ganache over cooled cake. Allow to set for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

BEST EVER BAILEYS IRISH CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
For the cake:
* 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
* 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup milk at room temperature
* 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 large eggs at room temperature
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 cup boiling water or piping hot coffee
For the frosting:
* 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
* 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar sifted to remove lumps
* 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
* a pinch of salt
* 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
* 1-2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
* shaved chocolate for garnish
Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9-inch by 13-inch rectangular cake pan with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.
* In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
* Add the milk, Baileys, vegetable oil and the eggs and vanilla to a large liquid measuring cup, whisking them together with a fork.
* Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until the streaks of flour disappear.
* Add the boiling water or hot coffee a little bit at a time, whisking until blended.
* Pour the batter (it will be very liquid) into the prepared pan and baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
For the frosting:
* Beat the butter on medium-high speed with a hand mixer (or in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment) until the butter is light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder and mix until blended (add the powdered sugar about 1 cup at a time).
* Add the salt and Baileys and whip on medium-high speed until incorporated.
* Add the whipping cream (start with 1 tablespoon, adding more if necessary to reach a spreadable consistency) and mix well until the frosting is fluffy and smooth.
* Spread the frosting over the cake after it has cooled completely in the pan and smooth out the top.
* Shave some dark chocolate over the top of the frosting, slice and serve.

Ingredients:
Chocolate Irish Cream Mix:
In one bowl mix
1 cup hot water
1 cup baileys irish cream
1/4 cup hills bros. vanilla cappuccino mix
3/4 cup cocoa powder
Stir until blended, set aside 30 minutes to cool
In separate bowl mix dry ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
For cake batter:
2 - 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup softened butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Irish Cream Mix (see above)
Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup baileys irish cream
Preparation:
First, combine ingredients for the Chocolate Irish Cream Mix
Stir until blended, set aside 30 minutes to cool
Combine sugar and butter in mixer bowl
Add eggs one at a time
Add vanilla
Add 1/2 dry ingredients and 1/2 chocolate irish cream mix - repeat
Pour into 14 x 10 pan coated with vegetable shortening
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 325 degrees until it passes the toothpick test (batter does not cling when you poke the center)
Place on cooling rack and wait until cake is at room temperature before adding frosting
For frosting combine powdered sugar and butter. Add cocoa powder and irish cream and blend until creamy. Spread on cake when cooled. Garnish with shaved chocolate.

An addictive cake for its softness and its intense flavor of chocolate and liquor, unique and too delicious, do not miss this recipe.
ingredients:
dough:
2 cups (280g) of all-purpose flour
1, 5 cups (330 g) of sugar
1 cup (150g) of chocolate or cocoa powder with or without sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda (baking powder)
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
3/4 cup (180 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) of Baileys Irish Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup (180 ml) of boiling water

Chocolate cream:
1 can of 397gr of condensed milk
120g chocolate bar
1/2 cup (120 ml) of Baileys Irish Cream

Chocolate chantilly cream:
2 00ml of whipping cream, cold
2 tablespoons (30 g) of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon (20g) of chocolate or cocoa powder with or without sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ADDITIONAL
Mini chocolate chips
Chocolate sauce
preparation:
1. Prepare a greased and floured 30 × 20 cm cake pan. Preheat the oven to 350º F (180º C).
2. Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of Irish cream and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Slowly pour the water into the mixture, mix well and take care of the splashes.
5. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until a dry toothpick comes out.
6. Remove the cake from the oven and make holes in everything, you can use a straw.
7. While the cake is still hot, add the chocolate to a medium bowl. Set aside.
8. Add the condensed milk and the 1/2 cup of Irish cream in a microwave measuring cup. Heat the milk and cream until they start to boil, then pour over the chocolate.
9. Beat the chocolate until smooth, then pour it on the cake and spread it in the holes.
10. When the cake has cooled, add the ingredients for the whipped cream to a large bowl. Beat at high speed to form stiff peaks.
11. Spread the whipped cream on the cake. Top the cake with mini chocolate chips and a drizzle of chocolate sauce, if desired. It is ready to serve.
