How To make Chocolate Decadence Cake
6 oz Bittersweet chocolate
-(OR Semisweet chocolate), - chopped 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
- chopped 1/3 c Freshly brewed espresso
1 c Unsalted butter
1 tb Vanilla extract
6 lg Eggs; separated, room temp.
1 c Dark brown sugar; packed
1/2 c Sugar
1/3 c All-purpose flour, sifted
Powdered sugar Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 F. Butter 10-inch-diameter springform pan with 2-inch-high sides. Melt both
chocolates with coffee and butter in heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Cool. Mix in vanilla extract. Using electric mixer, beat yolks with both sugars in medium bowl until slowly dissolving ribbon forms when beaters are lifted. Fold yolk mixture into chocolate mixture. Fold in flour. Using electric mixer fitted with clean, dry beaters, beat whites in another large bowl until almost stiff. Fold 1/4 of whites into chocolate mixture to lighten. Gently fold in remaining whites. Gently pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs still attached, about 45 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool (cake will fall). (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover cake in pan with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature.) Run small knife around cake pan sides to loosen if necessary. Release pan sides of cake. Invert cake onto plate. Place stencil or doily atop cake. Sift powdered sugar over. Remove stencil from cake and serve.

Moist Chocolate Cake
1 cup Hot Water
1/4 c and 2 Tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tsp Vinegar
1 pc Egg, medium
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Oil
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
*Bake in a preheatead oven at 170C for 35-45mins, or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Chocolate Frosting
200 ml Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Dutch Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
250 ml All Purpose Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
Yield: 1 Äluminum pan (8x8 size)
**Best Serve when chilled

Easy Dark Chocolate Decadence Recipe | Flourless Gluten-free Cake (Korean Sub) || Cooking Etc
This Chocolate Decadence is very easy to make. It is a delicious & elegant make-ahead cake for people who love chocolate. My recipe for this Flourless Chocolate Cake is for any special occasion and is gluten-free.
I think this recipe works much better with dark chocolate, but you can use any chocolate. They all work wonderfully.
I used 1/3 cup of sugar in this recipe but you can add less sugar or none at all. It's up to you.
Obviously, it will be quicker if you can use an electric whisk/mixer to whisk the egg white. I used a hand whisk and it took about 7 minutes.
Also, the eggs at room temperature will whisk much better and quicker. So take the eggs out of the fridge and leave them in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes before whisking.
This is a very simple cake to make. Once you know how to make it, you will probably want to make it all the time!

This video is all about making the BEST eggless chocolate cake layered with the most decadent chocolate fudge frosting.
If you want to make a chocolate cake for a special occasion then this is the cake you need. The light devil's food chocolate cake sponge with the indulgent frosting is the perfect combination.
I topped my cake with some lovely chocolate shavings. All you need to do is melt some chocolate, spread in thin on parchment and let it set. Once set, using a bench scraper, scrape the chocolate lengthwise and they'll automatically start rolling. Easy three steps and your chocolate cake garnish is ready!
I have made an eggless version today but you can also make it with egg. Just replace curd with 2 eggs.
Ingredients
For the cake
1 ½ cup (180gms) maida
¾ cup (90gms) cocoa powder
½ tsp (3gms) baking soda
1 tsp (4gms) baking powder
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 ½ cup (300gm) caster sugar
1 cup (285gms) curd
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) milk + 1tsp (5ml) vinegar
For chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup (200gms) butter
2 cups (260gms) icing sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder *
1 cup (175gms) melted chocolate
1 cup (230ml) warm cream
To top
Chocolate shavings
* Personally, I love making this frosting with cocoa powder, to give it a deep chocolate flavor. That is why I add 3/4 cup cocoa powder here. However, if you want to keep the chocolate flavor more on the sweeter side, then you can reduce the quantity of cocoa powder and add 1/2 cup instead.
