How To make Chocolate Cream Passover Torte
1/3 c Plus 1 tb hershey's cocoa; d
-ivided 1/4 c Boiling water
2 tb Butter or margarine;
-softened 1 ts Vanilla extract
6 Eggs; separated
2/3 c Sugar; divided
1/3 c Blanched toasted almonds
=finely ground Cocoa whipped cream: =(recipe follows) Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350 F. Line bottom of 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan with parchment paper or line with
foil (extending slightly over sides; grease foil). In small bowl, stir together 1/3 cup cocoa and water until mixture is smooth. Stir in butter and vanilla; cool. In large bowl, combine egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add chocolate mixture and almonds, beating until well blended.In another large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/4 egg white mixture into chocolate mixture. Add remaining egg whites, folding well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Dust cake with 1 tablespoon cocoa; cover with clean dry towel. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut cake into 4 equal pieces. Remove paper or foil before placing on serving plate. Prepare COCOA WHIPPED CREAM; reserve 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups to frost sides and ends of cake. Place one layer on plate; spread with COCOA WHIPPED CREAM. Repeat layering, ending with whipped cream. Spread reserved whipped cream on all sides of assembled cake. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate until serving time. Cover; refrigerate leftover dessert. About 12 servings. Spread 1/3 cup blanched slivered almonds in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown. Cool. 2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons dried sage
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon fine sea salt, plus more for seasoning
One 10-pound whole beef brisket
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
8 medium onions (3 pounds) sliced
2 cups beef stock or low-sodium broth
1 cup aged red wine vinegar
1 cup tomato puree
10 garlic cloves, peeled

5 lbs russet potatoes (about 10 medium-sized potatoes)
2 whole large onions
6 eggs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp potato starch
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
ASPARAGUS:
1 bunch asparagus spears (choose the pre-checked asparagus by BODEK)
1 teaspoon butter
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups water
MASHED POTATOES:
2.5 lbs of potatoes
1 stick of margarine
1/2-1 cup of plant based milk
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder

Ingredients:
7 oz. dark chocolate (72% or similar)
10 oz. unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Butter and sugar 4 oz. foil ramekins or one 8-inch springform pan.
3. Melt together butter and chocolate over low heat.
4. Whisk together eggs, sugar, and salt until completely blended. Add in cinnamon, espresso powder, mint, or other flavors to customize according to your favorites.
5. Fold two mixtures together and pour into ramekins.
6. Bake until completely set, about 25-30 minutes. Tops will be crackly.
7. Let cool and turn out upside down to serve. Can serve with whipped cream, ice cream, caramel sauce, and/or berries.
Makes 8 4 oz. cakes, or one 8-inch cake.
