How To make Chocolate Chip Cookies (Low Fat)

brown sugar, dark, firmly packed

applesauce

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1 1/2
cup
flour, all-purpose
2
cup
rolled oats
6
oz
semisweet chocolate baking chips
2
tablespoon
sugar
Directions:
In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter, oil, and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, applesauce, and vanilla; beat until blended. Beat in baking powder, soda, and salt, then flour, until smooth. Scrape side of bowl, then stir in oats and chocolate.
Bake dough right away; if allowed to sit, cookies will be dry. Drop dough by 2 tablespoon portions onto 2 lightly oiled 12x15 inch baking sheets, spacing evenly. Dip fingertips in granulated sugar, then pat cookies into 1/3 inch thick rounds.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until pale golden, about 10 minutes; switch pan positions after 5 minutes. Lift to racks; eat warm or cool.

➤1 large egg, at room temperature
➤1 ¼ cups white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour
➤1/2 teaspoon baking soda
➤1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
➤¼ teaspoon kosher salt
➤1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, plus additional for baking

Macros for each Cookie:
74 Cals, 6g Carbs, 2g Fat, 7g Protein
Ingredients (makes 13 Cookies)
60g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
40g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder (
30g All Purpose Flour
20g Almond Flour
10g Coconut Flour
4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
6g Baking Soda
100g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
60g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2 Large Eggs
30g Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1.) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Add all of your dry ingredients (except for the mini chocolate chips) to a bowl and mix, then add your wet ingredients and mix some more. Add the batter to your freezer for 10 minutes to thicken up, then fold in your mini chocolate chips.
2.) Line an oven safe pan with parchment paper leaving enough room for 12 cookies. Take your cookie scooper and add 12 cookie dough balls to the pan, then add the pan to your oven for 6 minutes. This is extremely important because the cooking time is essential.
3.) Once they’re done, take your pan out of the oven and with a spatula, carefully transport your cookies to a cooling rack. Let them cool and firm up for 1-2 hours and enjoy!

I created this 0 calorie chocolate chip cookies with only a few ingredients. You can either make them 0 calorie or low calorie chocolate chip cookies if you're not really interested in 0 calorie recipes but still want healthy or low calorie chocolate chip cookies. Substitute is given for each ingredient in the video. The whole recipe has 10 calories, each cookie has 1 calorie which I think is negligible.
Chocolate is optional for 0 calorie version.
