How To make Chilli Cheese Dip
Ingredients

oz
green chillies, seeded and chopped
1
each
red chilli, seeded and chopped
3
oz
cheddar cheese, old, shredded
1/8
teaspoon
Worchesterchire sauce
1/4
teaspoon
tabasco sauce
2
each
green onions, chopped
1
salt
1
pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until fluffy and light. If it's too thick add a little milk.
Cover and refigerate at least an hour before serving.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped - or use a small fresh Hatch chile of choice
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 pound ground beef
6 ounces roasted Hatch chili peppers, chopped – I used a medium-hot variety (Sub in a variety of serrano, jalapeno, and bell peppers if you can't obtain Hatch peppers)
14-ounce can of chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Chopped fresh herbs and chips for serving
