Ingredients for
Bajra Masala Poori
Pearl Millets Flour - बाजरा का आटा - 1 Cup (150 grams)
Potato - आलू - 3, boiled (200 grams)
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Sesame Seeds - तिल - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped
Red Chilli Flakes - कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves - धनिया - 2 - 3 tsp
and
Oil for Frying
How to prepare Bajra Masala Poori?
1. Take 3-boiled potatoes, peel, and grate them.
2. Add grated potatoes to 1 cup bajra flour.
3. Add add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 2-chopped chilis, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 2-3 tsp of coriander leaves to the flour.
4. Add water gradually and prepare a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes to set
5. Apply oil to your hands and punch the dough a little and break it into small lumps.
6. Roll the dough lumps into a slightly thick poori.
7. Fry the pooris in medium-high hot oil over medium flame.
8. Fry all the pooris till golden brown from both sides.

In this healthy recipe we are preparing moong dal ka chilla i.e. mag dal na pudla. Gujarati pudla recipe is very easy to prepare and is enjoyed best with sauce or green chutney.

Ingredients:
2.5 Cups of Soaked Moong Dal
1.5-2 Teaspoon Green Chilli-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt
Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
1.Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and then grind it into a paste.
2.Add turmeric powder, green chilli-ginger paste, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
3.Add water and prepare batter for the pudla.
4.On a tawa spread some oil and add the batter. Spread the batter evenly.
5.Roast the pudla well on both sides on a medium flame.
6.Healthy Mag Dal Pudla or Moong Dal Chilla is ready.

Besan dhirade is a very easy and simple recipe. This is a traditional Maharashtiran recipe. At times when you don’t have sabzi at home or you don’t have time or you are bored of making sabzi then this is the best option for you to go with chapatti. It is also known as besan pola and turns out nice, crispy and crunchy. This is a real quick recipe and tastes just awesome. It doesn’t need many ingredients. It can be made from the ingredients those are easily available in your pantry. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 3 Garlic cloves
• 1~2 Green chilies
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• Coriander leaves
• 1 cup Besan
• 1 tbsp fine Suji
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup Water
• Oil
Method:
• Take garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds, ajwain, coriander leaves in a blender jar and blend into coarse paste. Vatan is ready.
• Take besan, suji, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
• Add vatan and mix well.
• Add a little water at a time to make paste.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Grease oil and pour the batter starting along the edge of the pan and finish off at the center.
• Roast well until lower side gets golden color.
• Spread a little oil on upper side if you want.
• Flip over and roast well from other side too.
• When dhirade is roasted well from both sides take it off into a dish.
• Besan dhirade is all ready.
• You can have as it is or roll it in chapatti and enjoy.
• You can have it like sandwich by filling in bread.
