Ingredients for Oats Cheela
Oats - ओट्स - 1/2 Cup (50 grams)
Curd - दही - 3-4 tbsp
Chickpea Flour - बेसन - 1/4 Cup (25 grams)
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1-2, finely chopped
Capsicum - शिमलामिर्च - 2 tbsp, chopped
Carrot - गाजर - 2 tbsp, chopped
Tomato - टमाटर - 2 tbsp, chopped
Salt - नमक - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp
Coriander - धनिया - 1 tbsp

Ingredients:
Ginger, chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Moong Dal, washed & soaked
Water as required
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Oil for greasing
Coriander leaves
Method of preparation:
In a mixer jar add ginger, green chillies, moong dal, grind well without water.
Add some water to the mixture and grind it coarse.
Take the mixture out in a bowl, add water, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, take a laddle full of batter and make a disc-like shape.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves, spread some oil, flip the chilla and let it cook on both sides.
Our Healthy Moong Dal Chilla's are ready.

Moong Dal Pudla Recipe - મગ ની દાળ ના પુડલા | Moong Dal Chilla Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi
Pudla banavani rit is very simple. Pudla recipe in gujarati is very popular. Pudla or Besan ka chilla recipe is very quick recipe to make. In this healthy recipe we are preparing moong dal ka chilla i.e. mag dal na pudla. Gujarati pudla recipe is very easy to prepare and is enjoyed best with sauce or green chutney.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
2.5 Cups of Soaked Moong Dal
1.5-2 Teaspoon Green Chilli-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt
Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
1.Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and then grind it into a paste.
2.Add turmeric powder, green chilli-ginger paste, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
3.Add water and prepare batter for the pudla.
4.On a tawa spread some oil and add the batter. Spread the batter evenly.
5.Roast the pudla well on both sides on a medium flame.
6.Healthy Mag Dal Pudla or Moong Dal Chilla is ready.
