Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
½ tbsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
5½ oz yellow onions, diced
4 oz yellow bell peppers or any bell peppers of your choice, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tbsp vegetable oil
4 oz green or red chilies, canned and diced
15 oz tomatoes, canned, diced, or crushed
2½ cups beef broth
2 cups red kidney beans or, black, or pinto beans, canned and drained
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
To serve:
Cilantro sprig
⬇️ How to make Spicy Beef Chili Soup ⬇️
0:09 Heat up either a Dutch oven or deep skillet with oil. Add the ground beef and saute until browned. Drain off excess fat if necessary.
0:27 Add the bell peppers, onions, garlic, cumin, and chili powder then saute briefly.
0:55 Add the beef broth, tomatoes, and chilis. Bring this to a simmer, and continue simmering for roughly 15 minutes until beef is fully cooked and the soup has slightly reduced.
1:21 Towards the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the beans and stir to combine.
1:33 Season with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
1:48 Ladle into soup bowls and garnish with roughly ¼ oz or 1 sprig of cilantro. Serve!

|| Ingredients ||
1 TBSP Butter
1/2 TSP Chopped Garlic
1/2 TSP Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 TSP Red Chilli Paste
1 TBSP Chopped Red Onion
1 TBSP Chopped Spring Onion
2 TBSP Bell Peppers + 1 TBSP Green Pepper
2 TBSP Grated Carrot
1 Mid Chopped Tomato
1 TBSP Jalapeño
1/2 Cup Boiled White Beans/ Kidney Beans
2 Mid Tomatoes Blanched + Puréed
1/2 TSP Mexican Seasoning
1/4 TSP Black Pepper Pwd
2 Cups Vegetable Stock
2 TBSP Spring Onion Green Part
2 TBSP Chopped Coriander/ Parsley
Slurry: 1/2 TBSP Corn Flour + 3 TBSP Water
|| Method ||
Heat butter in a pan.
Add garlic, green chilli, and sauté for 1/2 min.
Add onion. Sauté, bell pepper, green pepper and sauté for a min.
Add grated carrot, tomato. Sauté until it softens, then add jalapeños, white boiled beans, mix well.
Mexican seasoning, black pepper powder, salt, and add slurry.
You may garnish with white or yellow cheese, parsley/ coriander, sour cream.

Simple, Perfect Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
One 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup masa harina
One 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
One 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
Shredded Cheddar, for serving
Chopped onions, for serving
Tortilla chips, for serving
Lime wedges, for serving
Directions
Place the ground beef in a large pot and throw in the garlic. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain off the excess fat, and then pour in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne. Stir together well, cover, and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. If the mixture becomes overly dry, add 1/2 cup water at a time as needed.
After an hour, place the masa harina in a small bowl. Add 1/2 cup water and stir together with a fork. Dump the masa mixture into the chili. Stir together well, and then taste and adjust the seasonings. Add more masa paste and/or water to get the chili to your preferred consistency, or to add more corn flavor. Add the beans and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with shredded Cheddar, chopped onions, tortilla chips and lime wedges.

Hope ya'll enjoy! The ingredients list is kinda long, but once you get all of your ingredients together everything else is a piece of cake! From time to time I like to experiment with different flavors to see what I can come up with. This is one of my many ways to make chili. It's so GOOD! Feel free to take out any ingredient that you don't like, this recipe is very forgiving.This chili taste BEST when served immediately after cooking.
*THIS IS A SLOW COOKER RECIPE*
Chili Recipe
Here's what I used in the video:
Power Quick Pot ( I'm using a 10 Qt)
1 Green bell pepper
3 Celery stalks
1 Yellow onion
5 Garlic cloves
2 lbs. of Ground beef (I used 80/20 lean)
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Brown sugar
2 Tsp Coriander
4 Tbsp Chili powder
3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste, gradually add more as needed)
Salt to taste ( I used 1 1/2 tsp)
1 Bay Leaf
4 Tbsp Green onions
2 16 oz Cans Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup canned Black beans
1- 28 oz Can Hunts Diced tomatoes (with juices)
1- 29 oz Can Hunts Tomato sauce
1- 14.5 oz Can Swanson Chicken broth (low sodium)
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 lb chuck roast, cubed small
2 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1-28oz can tomato purée
1-28oz can diced tomatoes
8-10oz draft beer (lager)
36-40oz beef broth
1-15oz can black beans
2-15oz cans dark red beans
2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, less for less spice
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (Natures Seasoning)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons avocado oil
