How To make Chicken with Peaches
2 tablespoons oil
2 1/2 pounds boned and skinned chicken breasts -- cut into strips
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 clove garlic
minced fine
1 8oz can sliced peaches :
liquid included
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
12 ounces snow peas
Hot cooked rice
1. Heat a wok or wok frying pan over medium-high to high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken, salt, and five-spice powder, and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn often, browning on all sides. Remove from wok and keep warm. 2. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to wok and heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until just brown. Add the peaches and sugar, stirring until the sugar is melted and peaches are warm, then add the lemon juice and broth. Bring to a boil. 3. Mix the cornstarch with the water, blend throroughly, then add to the wok and stir in immediately. Add the snowpeas, cover, and steam for 30 seconds. Return the chicken to the wok and stir in. Cover and steam until chicken is reheated, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve over hot rice.

Chicken Breasts with Peaches
This recipe is inspired by Jennifer Bowles
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts, skinless – 4 pcs.
Tarragon – 2 to 3 sprigs
Tarragon vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Peach Slices, in light syrup – 1 can (398ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Heat pan over medium.
3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
4. Sear the chicken for at least 4 minutes per side.
5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
6. Pour 1/4 cup of the juices from the peaches as well as the 1 tbsp. Of Tarragon vinegar, Stir.
7. Turn off the heat and put back the seared chicken breasts.
8. Add the Tarragon leaves and the peaches.
9. Put it in the pre-heated oven and cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
10. Serve it with steamed whit rice or crunchy potatoes.

Ingredients
2 Big chicken breast cut into small cubes
1 onion-diced
7 green onions - chopped
1 green bell pepper/ capsicum - diced
6 cloves garlic chopped
8oz can of tomato paste
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp vinegar
2 cans ( 28 OZ) of canned peaches in extra light syrup
salt and pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper . heat oil in a pan and cook chicken for 3-4 mins till it looses some rawness. add all the veggies, cook for 5 mins on low heat. add tomato paste and soy sauce and stir well. throw in your peaches and syrup , vinegar and chilli flakes and mix well. turn the heat high and bring to a boil. after it comes to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 mins. enjoy :)

Peach Glazed Chicken Ingredients
Serves 2
2 peaches, pitted, each peach cut into 8 wedges
For the Chicken
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sizes (approximately 1 lb.)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large shallot, sliced
2 Tbs cooking oil
salt and black pepper
For the Glaze
1 1/2 cup peach nectar
1/4 cup peach preserve
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Sesame Rice
2 cups cooked jasmine rice (you can substitute to any grain you prefer)
2 green onions, chopped
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs sesame seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Salad
Romain lettre or your favorite salad greens
Fresh juice from 1/4 of lemon
