I'm back!! This time we're cooking a big family recipe, Sunday Sauce! Some people call it marinara sauce, pasta sauce, or whatever you want! Every Italian family has their own version and recipe, so make sure you find a way to make it your own too!
Because this is such a staple recipe in our house, I had to bring Milania into the kitchen to finally learn how it's done! We had so much fun cooking together, so I hope you can find someone to cook this recipe with you on Sunday.

Yemas de Santa Teresa - Yemitas de huevo
Receta de como hacer Yemas artesanales y tradiconales de Santa Teresa, yemitas de huevo o yemas de Avila, una receta muy antigua que crearon las monjas de la ciudad española Avila, que se realiza con solo 3 ingredientes.

Para esta receta hemos usado 3 ingredientes y opcionalmente puedes añadir alguno de los siguientes aromáticos:
Clavo, anis estrellado, canela en rama, cascara de limón o de naranja, vainilla en rama o liquida...
Los ingredientes usados para 18 yemas:
5 o 6 huevos de gallina (mejor si son de gallinas de campo)
1/2 de taza de azúcar que son 90 gramos
1/4 de taza de agua que son 50 ml
y para aromatizar nosotros hemos añadido un trocito de rama de canela.. pero te recuerdo que esto es opcional, las originales se hacen sin aromatizar para sentir mejor el estupendo sabor de los huevos de corral.
